Everything the lakes region has to offer is within a short drive down the mountain. This updated and clean house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 6 children, and is located on top of Gunstock Acres - with absolutely stunning views of the lake, mountains, and islands. Our location is less than 10 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee access, The Bank of NH Concert Pavilion and Gunstock Ski Resort. Lots of amenities to enjoy including an outdoor hot tub, yard games, and stargazing by a fire pit. The heated garage has plenty of space for your skis and ski boots. The home has plenty of space for a large family or group get-together. There is a comfortable living room on the top floor that has incredible views from every window. The basement is a kid's dream with 3 bunk beds, couch, PS4, Wii - and tons of games for the kids to enjoy. The basement has easy access for kids to enjoy outside activities.

A perfect place to relax high above the Lakes Region with multiple French doors off the open kitchen, living area, and master suite - all leading to a massive deck. The living and kitchen space are accented by vaulted, wood ceilings with wood beams and complimented by a cornered fireplace. The middle level features a large mudroom space, two bedrooms, laundry with a newly finished bathroom, and all-new flooring. The lower level opens up to a family room, bathroom, and plenty of storage with a full walkout to the backyard. Don’t miss out on this home for all four seasons!

Great experience

The panoramic view was breathtaking. The house was clean, well organized, and well stocked with everyday items (paper products, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc). The hot tub and outdoor area was a big hit for our families as well. The location is a 5 minute drive to Gunstock Ski Resort as well. We would absolutely book this location again given the ease to work with Pete to coordinate a smooth transition into and out of the home, the great views, and the quality of the home. We have used VRBO 1-2 times a year for the past 8 years and found this experience to be impeccable in comparison to dealing with a management company. Pete is responsive and invested in making sure your trip meets your needs. Thank you for extending your home to our families. We hope to see you again next year.

Perfect Family House

We loved our stay in this house for our Dad’s Birthday Weekend. We were a group of 7 adults but the house would work best for 6 adults and 6 kids (bunk beds). The house is perfect distance from gunstock and shopping at the Mills was a quick drive too. The view was spot on and even the hot tub, which was clean and worked well, had a great view at sunset. We all said we would rent again!

Perfectly nestled between Gunstock & Lake Winni

This house was literally minutes from both Gunstock & Lake Winnipesaukee. The views overlooking the lake are amazing! The kids room (bottom floor, walk out slider that can stay locked) is amazing! They have plenty of room to play along with their own bathroom/ shower! 3 sets of bunk beds, large couch, flat screen TV & lots of video games- safe to say, we didn't see them much while at the house! Twisty stairs are needed to get to master bedroom, living room & kitchen. We loved the outdoor hot tub

Fall Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful fall (late October) weekend at the property. The upstairs is open and spacious with the living room, dining room and kitchen all together (there’s also an indoor fireplace upstairs). The porch is quite large with a grill, an outdoor fireplace with couches and a separate umbrella covered table. And, the views are phenomenal from upstairs. We had a great time using the hottub, grill and outdoor fireplace. Great, cozy home!

With three kids in high school, we have decided to offer rentals as it has become more difficult to enjoy our vacation home as often as we would like . . .
