Profitez de votre séjour dans ce chalet récemment rénové au sommet de Gunstock Acres avec vue sur le lac Winnipesaukee et Gunstock de chaque pièce. Cette chambre a coucher a un lit king, un lit double, un lit superposé avec un lit superposé sur le bas et un futon complet. La maison est équipée de 2 télévisions à écran plat, machine à laver / sèche-linge, internet, câble et de nouveaux appareils. Tout est réglé pour une maison loin de la maison. Nous sommes situés à moins d'un mile de Gunstock et à quelques minutes à un accès à la plage privée. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le premier étage enrouler autour du pont ou sur votre balcon au deuxième étage avec accès par 2 chambres à l'étage. Chaque plate-forme a une vue magnifique sur soit Gunstock ou le lac Winnipesaukee.

Enjoyable stay at this house near Gunstock

The house was cozy and had an amazing view like many of the reviews noted. We really appreciated that it was a very short drive to Gunstock where our kids were in ski school.The kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee. We had minor trouble the day of the check-in due to driveway not being plowed. Robert sent someone later that evening and offered us a later check out time on departure.

A rare gem

This is a rare gem, nestled near the mountains overlooking the gorgeous lake. The views are amazing, the house is well appointed and welcoming.

Perfect

This house was perfect for our family of 7, us and our adult children and spouses. The beds were comfortable, description was accurate, check-in was easy, and Rob was great to deal with. The view from the deck is amazing and there is a lot to do in the area. Will definitely rent again.

Loved the Modern Swiss Chalet

We loved everything! The only thing was we did run out of dishwasher detergent but was not sure if that was something we we were supposed to bring or not. Very minor issue. We loved the views and location. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely perfect stay — from the check in to check out — can’t recommend it enough. The home itself is well maintained, fully stocked, nicely laid out and cozy. The views, magnificent. Robert was great to interact with and there to help with anything. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

This place was just what my family needed to escape for a summer vacation. Plenty of living space for our group, common area worked for all of us together. Spent the evening around the firepit. Wish we had had better weather so we could really appreciate the view, but was still lovely even in the rain. Having the master downstairs so the younger generation could have the area upstairs was very useful. The beds were incredibly comfortable- the couch too. Being in the mountains did mean you had to drive a little to get to things to do. Would be a good winter getaway - really close to the ski resort. The time went by fast - could easily have spent the rest of the week there.

Great view. Very good for the price.

2 nights for 2 couples. Nice to have rooms and bathrooms not on the same floor for intimacy. WelL equiped kitchen and nice gas BBQ. We would go back without hesitation.

Mountain getaway

We traveled (two sisters) with granddaughters age 11 and 13. The house was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. Ample supplies. Great games for kids and we had a fabulous fireworks show every night we were there over the Fourth of July weekend. And of course the beautiful view could not be beat. (Also owner was quick to respond to the couple questions we had). We Definately would recommend.

Amazing

This was our first time in New Hampshire and the views were great. I loved the small wild life that was around the house and the view of that lake was great. We came up from NC for the motorcycle rally and I will definitely be back up!

We enjoyed everything about the actual stay - very nice! We felt pressured to pay the General Global Assistance insurance or face the possibility of a really high deposit. The cabin was expensive enough as is. This seemed like an “extra” way to make money, along with all VRBOs fees.

Bronco weekend

We booked due to the reviews on line about the view. It was within 4 mins to get to Gunstock for our Bronco 4Wheel Weekend. Very accurate on the “breath taking views” but the fog kept rolling in, but still beautiful!

Gunstock Acres Never Disappoints

I have rented several homes on Gunstock Acres in Gilford but this one takes the cake as the cleanest property and best view I’ve seen

Ok, so in simple terms and without exaggeration, the views on this property are just spectacular. You will notice from the time you pull up to the driveway and throughout every room. The property has mesmerizing views of both Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee. In one word, captivating. The home has been meticulously maintained and newly renovated throughout including all new appliances, televisions and furnishings. Both Andrea and I absolutely love this home and wish to share it with you and your family.

Nestled atop of Gunstock Acres, less then 2 miles from the mountain. The property is located about 5 miles from Laconia and 5 minutes from the lake. In the Winter, enjoy skiing, driving snowmobiles across the lake, snowshoeing and tubing. Very convenient to Weirs beach attractions as well. This place has it all.
