The best part: do you love your friends and family but want a little more privacy? There is a large attached in law suite with a master bath and separate living room for you to enjoy!

The spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a unique A-Frame style extended home that sits peacefully in the Valley. The perfect getaway with your families and friends that you do not want to miss out on!

Large comfy L-shape leather couch w/ propane fireplace and smart TV in open layout with kitchen. Board games are also provided (see photos).

Fully stocked and offers a giant island with 3 walls of counter space. It has 2 sinks so everyone in the family can help prepare food!

Dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, 2 ovens, microwave, stainless steel appliances, freezer, refrigerator, toaster. Cooking and eating utensils, spices, pans, cutting board, plates, cups, wine glasses - we have it all!

Features a foosball, air hockey, and pool table for all to enjoy. we also have a myriad of board games for the perfect game night!

--------Inlaw Suite--------

This attached suite gives you access from within the main house as well as having a private entrance. It features a spacious living room with recliner sofas and a smart TV.

Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful master bedroom featuring a King sized memory foam mattress w/ an en suite bathroom.

The suite also features an office area with two (24 and 27 inch) monitors. USB-C hdmi cable adapters provided as well as iPhone/Android chargers.

Grill, grill equipment, outdoor seating. There is also a basketball hoop in the driveway. Firepit out front with plenty of yard space.

Great mountain views right outside the property all within a safe and peaceful neighborhood!

Perfect Home for Multiple Family/Outdoor Vacation

Fantastic home that is nicely spaced out and allows for privacy as well as comfortable gathering spaces to cook, eat, play and relax by the fire. Our group included 2 families, with 3 kids, 4 adults and a dog, and we all really enjoyed our time at the house. The area is absolutely gorgeous, only 5 minutes from Gunstock Ski Mountain, and short drives to other great towns and sites. Andy was a great host - extremely accessible and quick to respond to questions. The home is also well stocked with the basics - from Kitchen to bathrooms we had everything we needed, particularly for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet, and overall we loved our trip and truly felt relaxed and really happy.

Great Home for Multiple Famillies

We rented the house with multiple families to do some weekend skiing at Gunstock. The game room downstairs was perfect for the kids and even adults to have some fun with air hockey, foosball and pool. The house has a great living area connected to the kitchen and sunroom. Kitchen is fully stocked and everything is labeled. The inlaw apartment is an extra bonus to help provide enough room for families to settle in at night. Only a few minutes to Gunstock and local restaurants. Would highly recommend this home for a weekend or week away with large or multiple families.

Great two-family spot near Gunstock

Great house for our two-family ski getaway! Just five minutes to Gunstock. Beautiful kitchen and fun game room. Andy was super responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Ski House

Andy was a super accommodating, friendly host. He was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The house was SO beautiful and in a nice, quieter location that was still close enough to lots of interesting places to go. Tons of room, very homey, clean, and great for hosting a lot of people.
