This spacious home offers four large, cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs on the third floor and one family suite on the lower level.
The primary bedroom is a stunning room with high ceilings and wood flooring. The large windows allow in natural light during the day and the comfortable recliners in a sitting area near the window create a beautiful quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the treetops, mountains, and Lake Winnipesaukee.
The other two upper-level bedrooms also offer lovely views of the surrounding landscape and a cozy mountain lodge aesthetic with solid wood bed frames, large windows, and plush carpeting. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a twin-over-full bunk bed.
On the lower level, there is a family suite that comfortably sleeps four, making it the perfect place for a group of kids or a couple with children.

From there, french doors lead outside into the beautifully-landscaped yard. The kitchen island and outdoor dining table provide other options for enjoying your meals.
Two elegant living rooms are placed across two levels of this beautiful home, each with a large TV and unique style, making it easy for your whole group to spread out.
The lower-floor lounge is a great movie room with its reclining sofas and massive HDTV. The main floor is home to another living area, forming the heart of the home and oozing a mountain lodge charm, with a stone fireplace, antler chandelier, and beautiful wooden furniture. Granite Vista is the perfect four-season home where you can take in unique surroundings any time of the year. The spacious and private plot makes this home the perfect venue for families and has the bonus of being dog-friendly so you can bring your furry friend along.
The homeâs second-floor balcony creates a peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings throughout the day, with direct access from the main living room.
The backyard patio has outdoor dining furniture and is a special place to light up the grill and enjoy delicious meals with a view. A sliding door from the lower-level living room gives direct access to a pathway to the driveway.
** PLEASE NOTE - This property does not have a hot tub. There is a glitch in Vrbo's software showing a number of properties as having hot tubs when, in reality, they do not. If you're looking for a hot tub, our recommendation is that you confirm the presence of a hot tub with the property host if Vrbo is listing a hot tub as an amenity. **

Year-Round Driveway Restrictions: Due to the unique nature of our property's long, steep driveway, guests are prohibited from accessing the premises with trailers, vehicles equipped with lift gates, or low-clearance vehicles. Unfortunately, there is nowhere in our driveway, on the property, or on the street that you would be able to park a boat or a trailer carrying another vehicle. Please plan accordingly!
This restriction is in place to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent potential damage to both the vehicles and the driveway.
We love dogs! We warmly welcome your canine companions to our home! For the safety and comfort of all, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friends on a leash when outside, pick up after them with poop bags, and be mindful of other dogs in the neighborhood.
We respect your privacy! There are no interior cameras. We do have a doorbell camera at each exterior door for your safety and for the security of our home.
Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am and we ask that you take all conversations inside after 8pm because neighbors will (and have) complained. We have a noise monitoring device outside, under the deck. Our noise monitoring device only measures the sound level, and will not record private conversations.
Please do not tamper with these or any safety devices - it is a violation of house rules. We are super easy going and flexible, but we are serious about this. If you tamper with any safety devices on our property, you will be asked to leave, and we will not issue a refund for any portion of your stay. Thank you.

You can tell from the homeâs craftsmanship, attention-to-detail, and structural integrity that the original owners truly expected to live here year round, and for many years. It's a destination unto itself, but also close enough to grocery stores, hardware stores, craft stores, and restaurants (15 minutes away), skiing (5 minutes away), and day trips throughout the New Hampshire Lakes Region.
We escape the city for our home in the woods as often as possible, but we also love sharing our home with responsible families and groups of friends who will treat our home respectfully.
