I was so happy that this place was clean and the kitchen had all of the basics that you would need, plus it had plenty of dishwasher tabs/soap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, & even ziplock bags. I was expecting to have to make a store run to get some, but there was plenty there. That was great, They could use a couple more dish towels to avoid using so many paper towels. Note that the 3rd bath/laundry room are in the basement and the spiral staircase is to narrow to even carry a small basket down, it is necessary to go outside and through the garage to access this easily/safely even without a basket. Every morning starting at 7:30am there is a buzzing sound that goes off every 5 min or so, it fades as the day goes.It may be the pool pump. You get used to it. The gate NEEDS to have a remote it is very inconvenient to go outside the fence and open the gate when you leave. Also coming in you have to get out of the car to open it. The driveway is small if you have suvs. it was a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in to see houses/park although there is a lot of street traffic that can be heard from the busy road in front of the house. It is close to drive to most things if you don't mind driving the location is good. Aside from the gate, 3rd bath/laundry access inconvenience my only other dislike would be that the sheets were very uncomfortable-like a polyester imitation silk & blanket slid everywhere.Nicole was great!very responsiveWould stay again if needed that vicinity
