Located just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Wilton Manors, and the airport, you’ll enjoy the best of South Florida while having your own private retreat to return to each day.

Traveling with young children? We can provide a removable safety pool fence upon request—please let us know before check-in.

Guest Access

Guests will have full use of the cottage, backyard, pool, and driveway.

House Rules & Policies

We want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note:

Garbage Disposal – NO FOOD (other than baby food and liquids, milk excluded). Cold water must be run before, during, and after use. If violated and we have to call for plumbing emergency visit the primary renter will be responsible for the bill.

Toilets – Toilet paper only.

Pool Use –

Heating available Dec 1 – Mar 30 at $25/night, set to 87°F (does not feel nearly as warm as a hot tub temperature water).
Please be aware water temperature may be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, rain, etc.).

Pool pump/heater run daylight hours only; cannot be adjusted mid-stay.

Leaves/insects may enter water; a skimmer net is provided. Occasional droppings ( mostly from Iguanas can be found around the pool area ). Please be advise that unfortunately the wild life is out of our control and we are not able to offer additional cleaning services or any other concesions for the backyard/pool during your stay.


Pool is professionally serviced every Friday; no extra cleanings available.

Do not tamper with heater or equipment.

Safety – Please keep windows closed and do not prop doors open (this will set off the security system).

Backyard Policy – Plastic cups and plates only outdoors; no glass permitted.

Noise – Quiet hours 10PM–7AM (Broward County).

Guests – Only registered guests allowed. No parties/events.

Pets – Not permitted. Unauthorized pets incur $250 fee.

Security – Outdoor motion detection cameras at entry points (front door, side of house).

Age Requirement – Primary renter must be 21+ with valid ID.

AC Use – Please keep thermostat at or above 70°F to prevent damage.

Trash – Use correct bins (blue = recycling, black = trash/yard waste). Please roll out on collection days Monday and Thursday morning.
