3Bed Modern Home Family Friendly Heated Pool

***Welcome to Fort Lauderdale Heated Pool Retreat!!

This 3 bed/2bath beautiful cozy home is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, smart tv's in every room. Featuring a huge patio, heated pool, patio screened sitting area, pool loungers, gas grill. Located in Fort Lauderdale just 10 minutes from Lauderdale By The Sea Beach, 15 minutes from Pompano and Fort Lauderdale Beach, 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport.

Please read the house rules before booking.

The house is located in a residential area, please be respectful of the neighbors. No parties or events of any kind. No loud music outside after 10PM. There are exterior cameras and noise detector devices.

No more than 6 adults (8 including children) at the house at all times.

The Space:

Cozy open kitchen, living and dining room area, laminated flooring, 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, smart tv's, sofa in the living room.

Fully stocked kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups and wine plastic glasses for the pool area. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, panini maker, slow cooker, coffee maker.

Two bathrooms with showers include towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, and toilet paper.

Laundry room:
Washer and dryer located in the patio available for you to use.

Driveway:
Parking for up to 4 cars, on street parking is not allowed.

Pool:
Private heated pool, gas grill, 2 pool loungers with an umbrella, patio sofa to relax. We also offer 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for you to use.


Home Contractors:
Please be aware our pool, lawn, pest control contractors may be there to service the exterior of the house, don't be alarmed.

Up to 4 cars can park in the driveway.

We are available 24/7 and praise ourselves on responding quickly to ur guests.

The house is located in North Twin Lakes neighborhood.

Excellent host and very nice house and pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host Jessica left us a welcome basket of snacks and wine which we absolutely loved after a long late day of travel. The house was newly remodeled with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice! It was heated and comfortable. Unfortunately there is a factory behind the property so during the week it is noisy. Our recommendation for this property would be to get newer pool loungers. The existing ones are lightweight and might not accommodate heavier guests. There were beach towels and bathroom towels available along with supplies for laundry kitchen garbage and toilet paper so all of these are nice extra features. Jessica left a book with local suggestions for bars restaurants etc which was also nice. Jess Iva communicated quickly and efficiently answering questions for us. Overall this was a great stay.

Wonderful retreat home

Had everything we could need for our quick family getaway. There were perfect extras like a beach umbrella and chairs as well as plenty of games and linens for being cozy inside!!! Thank you!! Will use again!!!

Perfect house for the 6 of us

My family and friends stayed in this 3 bed 2 bath house with me. The pictures are exactly what you are getting. It was exactly what we wanted. The heated pool was a great bonus to what we were looking for. It's location was further north then what we wanted, but is really close to the highways and local restaurants. And within 20 of the beach!The host was very responsive when I reached out for an adjustment to the heat pump thermometer.House had plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Very appreciative of everything a house needs was accessible.Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a girls trip. House is so cute, and everything you need. It’s clean, spacious and it was exactly what we needed. Jessica was an amazing host! We will definitely be staying here again, when we come to the area!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean with all the necessities. The neighbourhood is approximately a 20 minute drive to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and a 30 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale beach. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

Great family get away!

Great family get away. Super clean home and property. Quiet neighbourhood. Pool was lovely. Only recommendation would be for a slightly better stocked kitchen- wasn’t missing anything major but some cooking oil and plastic wrap would be helpful other then that it had everything we needed. Home had extra nice touches like a noise machine. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe here. The beach was about a ten minute drive away. Grocery stores about 7 minutes. Lovely screened in porch and having laundry handy was a great bonus!

2 week stay

Indont reallt ever leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth doing so. First and foremost, Jessica was absolutely fantastic. It didnt matter the time of day (or night) she ALWAYS reaponded very quickly. The home was ad advertised. It was a cute home with a nice pool that was always warm. And most importantly the home was in a nixe neighborhood, that was quiet and yet still close to lots of things. Inwould definitely rate the stay a 5/5 and if im in the area again, Jessica is absolutely the person id call.

Summer stay

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was very clean and in a good location. We felt very safe. We had all the necessary supplies needed at the house for our stay. My only suggestion is to have darker blinds or pergolas add some blackout shades in some of the bedrooms as the lights from the warehouse behind the house were very bright at night time and would light up the room.

Clean and private

The backyard is pretty nice, the home is upgraded and clean. We stayed for 10 days and it was 4 adults and 3 kids (5,4 and 1 years old) - perfect space for all of us.
