Furniture.
Everything is brand new! From the couches and mattresses to the sheets, linens and pots and pans.

Chef’s Kitchen.
No expense missed here. Completely furnished Chef's Kitchen. You can easily prepare Thanks Giving Dinner here...and save the leftovers!

Master Bedroom & Bathroom.
The pictures do not do this beautiful suite justice. It’s a lot bigger than it appears. A 3 jetted walk in shower awaits! Coupled with the perfect area to prepare for an evening out. Don't worry, we have an iron too.

Queen Bedroom.
Another very nicely sized room with built in closets and hangars. Again, only the best of linens goes on this comfortable mattress.

Twin Bedroom.
Again, brand new everything here too.

Living Room.
A perfect relaxing room to just relax, watch a move or just play some board games.

Concierge.
Every guest knows the value of our concierge services. The expectation at Jonathan's House is that you arrive, drop your bags, grab a beer or a glass of wine, kick on the BBQ and enjoy that pool as opposed to spending hours running around to different stores to get what you need for your stay.

From Grocery shopping BEFORE your arrival to setting up for Johnny's 11th birthday Pool Party, to romanticizing the Pool Oasis with petals in the pool and the best of mood lighting. We are here to save you HOURS of time and help you relax even more. Feel free to inquire.

Location
Fort Lauderdale Florida. What else is there to say? Just moments away from literally whatever it is you want to do on your vacation. The finest of restaurants and the best of shopping in Las Olas. Looking for some nightlife? Yup. You got it in Las Olas.

Activities. Fort Lauderdale fishing, Scuba diving in the Atlantic Ocean, Sailing the Lauderdale seas, Jet skiing off the Florida surf, Plenty of golf courses all around Fort Lauderdale…just to name a few.

Miami- 30–40-minute drive by car. Or you can take the Brightline train for $10 bucks and a half hour! Great night out there as well.

Cleanliness. We only use a professional cleaning team that uses the highest of quality supplies.

Safety. Jonathan’s house has been inspected by the city of Fort Lauderdale and is 100% compliant. I am proud to say we have a hardwired smoke and carbon detectors as well as a fire extinguisher. We also have safety alarms on the doors to the pool area. (These can be set at your pleasure).

HOUSE RULES

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to Jonathan no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

NO PARTIES & EVENTS
If it is discovered that you are hosting a party without our knowledge, you will be asked to leave the house immediately and find alternative living arrangements at your own cost and expense. Additional fees & refundable deposits will apply after discusion of "event".

POOL RULES
NO DIVING.
Please skim the pool whenever needed or at least daily. You will find the skimmer on the wall behind the waterfall.
You will be sent a video of how to activate the pool's waterfall feature. Do not touch any valves, buttons or hoses with the exception of the waterfall valve.
The pool is maintained, tested and deep cleaned weekly. The pool company has access to the backyard only.

GARBAGE
Garbage removal is every Monday & Thursday.
It's very important that this is taken care of. We don't want unwanted rodents and critters hanging around the house.
Please take the bins to the curb on Sunday & Wednesday evenings to ensure garbage removal is complete.
Please note that there are 2 separate pickups on garbage days. Typically, all garbage is picked up by 5pm.
Bins must be taken back to the house after pickup.

BBQ Grill
• After every use the propane tank must be turned OFF.
• After every use, the BBQ Grill grates will need to be scrubbed with the steel brush provided.
• Please cover the BBQ Grill at all times when not in use.

Professional Cleaning
My professional cleaning crew provides me with detailed photographs and videos of Jonathan’s house after every cleaning to ensure you arrive in a welcoming clean and safe environment.

No Pets - No pets are allowed on the property. If it is discovered that you have brought a pet, you will be charged a $250 fee or be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Parking
No parking on the street. The city of Fort Lauderdale is very strict with this, and you may receive a summons.

Absolutely no parking on the property grass.
There is room for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
You can find extra parking at the Publix supermarket a few blocks away.

Cameras & Security
There are NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard / pool area. However, there is a camera on the front door and the sides of the house. This is strictly for security purposes and recommended by the Fort Lauderdale Police to protect the property and our guests from unwanted intruders and damages. Under no circumstances are these cameras to be touched or covered in any way.

TVs on this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel, you’ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you’ll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don’t provide streaming app accounts.

DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. Please don’t throw away your smoking debris. Do not toss on the floor.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from us. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in.

Insurance - We highly recomend purchasing travel insurance. Jonathan's House follows the same polices as any other hotel or boarding rules.

Jonathan’s house is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable or Electricity companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet, cable ore electric issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
