With a plush couch and flat-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, fishing, swimming or exploring all that Granbury has to offer. The home has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, flatware, high-quality stainless steel cookware, and artistic touches that will make you feel right at home.

The large master bedroom boasts a DUX king-sized bed and a double sink bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the large third bedroom includes four twin bunk beds. The second bath has a full tub and shower and is adjacent to the living room. Amenities also include a washer and dryer inside the home.
On the outside, covered patio is a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or dinner cooked on the outdoor grill overlooking the water, it’s an ideal place for summer gatherings!
