Cette propriété du lac principal au bord de l’eau, avec votre propre embarcadère pour amarrer vos bateaux et vos jet-skis. La maison principale mise à jour est 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec 2 lits superposés Queen sur Queen dans les deux chambres. La vue depuis le salon donne l'impression d'être sur l'eau. La cabine invités ou la maison avec lits superposés dispose également de 2 ensembles de lits superposés Queen sur Queen, pouvant accueillir 4 adultes et 4 enfants. L'ensemble de la propriété est clôturée, à l'exception du côté de l'eau. Cet emplacement est idéal pour les kayaks, le paddle board ou le jet-ski. Il est situé à 4,1 km du centre-ville et très proche de la remontée dans la rivière pour l’eau vive et le wakeboard. Vous pouvez accéder à tous les restaurants au bord du lac en bateau si vous le souhaitez.

Our stay

The representation of the property wasnt as the pictures and description on the website described it as. There was a wasp nest in the life jacket box outside so we weren't able to get to them but thats ok luckily we brought the kids jackets from home. The property was well kept the house was comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time, the view was awesome.

Christmas at the Millers

There was plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a couple dogs. The dogs enjoyed running around and exploring near the lake. The bunkhouse was perfect for the younger ones. Great place to celebrate Christmas.

Quiet lake house beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, property manager answered my questions promptly, and the views were amazing.. even from the couch! We tried out the paddle boat, which was a blast despite the wind and the fit pit by the water was perfect!

Had a great time at this property! One thing we thought was a little weird was we never got a message today of telling us how to check in or anything about our arrival time nor did we receive anything about checking out I had to go back through to find the very first email to figure it out.

Good value for the price

Cute, shabby chic house on the northern part of Lake Granbury. Dock was perfect for our boat, although getting to the larger part of the lake is a little bit of a challenge due to the trees and driftwood in this part of the lake. Minor complaint was the grass hadn’t been mowed prior to our stay, but house was clean and they’ve done a nice job of having drawers full of the random things you forget on a weekend trip.

Poor and gross

So this property needs some major change to make it Vrbo worthy: Not enough pillows for all the beds- some with zero pillows. sheets were not washed prior - hair and clothing tags found in the bed No top sheet for any of the beds Throw blankets had dead bugs in them The inside lock to the bunkhouse was broken so did not lock. No cups, wine opener or coffee. Top bunk is unusable due to ceiling fan 1 foot above bed and all the dust and dirt from ceiling fan was on comforter. Beautiful view of lake though. I tried to communicate these issues with the owner with no apology ever given.

Convenient spot

Pros: easy drive to downtown, lots of beds. Cons: can’t lock the bunkhouse from the outside, no propane for the fire pit or grill.

Fishing and kayaking

Our family had a great time in the kayaks and fishing. We probably caught more than 20 fish. We enjoyed a grilled dinner and found everything we needed to do it!! Our kids really enjoyed the separate bunk house.

Bad experience

Checkin time was 4 pm but till 5 o’clock we had to struggle to open the door as lock didn’t work, toilet door wont lock, toilet flush wont work, back deck everything was dirty and spider web everywhere and place is not enough for 16 people at it says in listing….. had very bad experience

Needs maintenance

Great location and cute house. It needs come clean up and maintenance. Lawn needs mowing. Lots of painting and household tools stuffed in cabinets and drawers. Screen on front door is busted. Kitchen cabinet broken, dishwasher is gross inside. Patio chairs broken and propane grill was not usable as the connection was leaking and the grates were disgusting. Disappointed for the cost of the rental didnt feel worth it.

Great House

Great layout for having multiple groups/families sleep in one spot. Very clean and lots of amenities. House stocked with plenty of stuff. Paddle boat and kayaks worked and had all parts. Love that it is right on the water! Neighbors very friendly. Only downfall is the yard in between the main house and bunkhouse floods in heavy rain, making going back and forth very wet and sloppy. Also kayaks are stored on the ground, making them very muddy and inhabited by spiders/slugs. Wish they could be hung off the fence on racks. A little elbow grease and hose, and they were fine though.

Wonderful Lake Access - Rough Area

If you want quick access to lake granbury and plan to spend the majority of the day on the lake, this is the property for you. boat ramp 2 lots over and private pier were excellent. The property is in a rougher area of town, however the neighbors are families using the house as a 2nd home. Cleaning could have been much better - floors were sticky, found used towels and a lot of trash. overall we had a nice weekend.

Great House Rough Neighborhood

What you see on the listing is exactly what you get. This house is exactly as it appears on the listing and all the promised toys were also there and working. We had a few minutes where we could not figure out the TV and the owner responded immediately (on a Saturday) and offered to call and walk us through it. However, our son found the instruction in the property book they have in the living room. We had a great time and have absolutely no complaints about the house, however, the neighborhood is a little rough and I would like to have known that before I booked the property. I feel like the house is a bit overpriced for that neighborhood.

The Miller Family lives in Salado, Tx . We have 3 kids all in sports and love the water and the snow, so we decide to buy this lake house. Granbury lake is one of the calmest lakes in Texas, which is perfect for water sports. We really like the downtown area and all the shopping and the Restaurants and Marinas on the water to eat at and listen to live music. We highly recommend Babes Chicken House downtown and Stumpy's on the lake. We also have a House in Port O'Connor and Aransas Pass that is in the Airbnb and Vrbo also

One of the widest parts of the main body lake with very little drive by traffic by boat or cars .HOA Boat ramp next door one house down. One of the calmest parts of the lake, great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Also great fishing for bass, catfish and strippers

Located close to the river for all the calm water for water sports, and super calm in front of house for kayaking ,canoeing, paddle boarding and fishing. HOA boat ramp and pier one house down, with your own private pier at the main house. Also only 4.1 miles from downtown. Several good restaurants to pull up to on the lake in your boat. Granbury was voted the most Historic town in the Nation.
