À propos de cet hébergement

Des vues incroyables, un emplacement parfait et beaucoup de plaisir se trouvent dans ce lac et maison de jeu de trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Meilleure partie du lac pour les vues, la navigation de plaisance et toutes les activités de navigation (par barrage). Vous êtes littéralement sur le lac lorsque vous sortez sur le pont. Le pont est directement au-dessus du quai avec 1 cale de bateau et 1 téléski à jet pour le plus grand plaisir. Vous pouvez voir les vues spectaculaires sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces de la maison. Il y a des levers de soleil incroyables mais le soleil chaud du soir est sur la colline, donc le pont est ombragé en fin d'après-midi. Vous serez à 16 km de l'historique Granbury Square et à 24 km du Fossil Rim Wildlife Centre à Glen Rose. Le parcours de golf de Pecan Plantation est à seulement 5 km, tandis que le parcours de golf Squaw Valley à Glen Rose est à 14 km. Ce 3 étages sur la maison de l'eau est parfait pour les escapades courtes à des séjours prolongés. Fabulous location on the lake

Superb, expansive deck over the big part of Lake Granbury makes this property an excellent place to spend the day with boaters (and even the occasional float plane) of all kinds active on the water. The house is well stocked and has plenty of room. The small community this property resides in feels remote, yet is a mere 10 minute drive to Granbury's plaza with its restaurants and shops. Great place to stay.

Lakeside christmas

The views of the lake are incredible! We had a small issue with the code when checking in and the host was immediately available to help. This is the perfect location for us to visit family in Pecan Plantation and the space is comfortable and clean. Will definitely try to stay again.

My family was thrilled with the comfort, cleanliness and location of this property. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we had any needed access.

Excellent place to stay on the water

Watched the eclipse here. It was a great location on the water. Very relaxing. Host was very responsive to questions before and during stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very nice place. Great view. Parking a little tight if you have more than 3 cars and/or guests over but it's manageable. Convient to both Glen Rose and Granbury.

4th of July Fun

This was a perfect property for the plans we had to meet 2 other friend couples at Lake Granbury over the 4th of July. We were able to bring our 20ft ski boat and dock it safely and conveniently at the property so that we could easily get out on the water for two consecutive days of lake fun. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook out while spending our evenings on its deck with its gorgeous lake views. The house is also only a 20 minute drive into Granbury with all that it has to offer. We enjoyed a show at Granbury Live and went for pastries at Baked. So fun! I give this property and its host my highest rating.

Lake Granbury Weekend Trip

This is a beautiful, clean home right on the lake and a short drive to Granbury restaurants, marina and City Center. The deck has a majestic view of the sunrise. The hill on the west side of the home provide shelter from the late afternoon sun.

Beautiful Views

Three couples recently stayed at this property while in town for a wedding! The deck was the perfect place for our daily happy hour(s)! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and the close proximity to the wedding venue. Only recommendation would be at this price point to upgrade the bathroom linens (something thicker than old swim towels) and plusher pillows!

On the lake

Really enjoyed our stay. The home is on the lake and we had beautiful weather so we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats and looking at the water. The home was well maintained and clean and in a good location. A 10 min drive to Granbury.

Amazing

We had an amazing weekend with the family. Very relaxed. We went on an off weekend. The home is very cozy and clean. We caught some great cat fish right off the peer. Would definitely recommend taking the jet skis, kayak or boat.

A wonderful break!

This is a beautiful lake house! We simply loved it! The place itself is very comfortable and done up aesthetically and the deck that overlooks the lake is the icing on that cake. It was so pleasant to sun ourselves on the deck and observe the pelicans and other birds swoop down and glide about in the water. The balcony attached to the Master bedroom, above, was also lovely. It was nice to sit there when we wanted privacy. Wonderful to watch the sunrise over the lake, from the bed in the Master bedroom. It’s a glorious sight to wake up to. We are vegetarians and prefer cooking our meals and we found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Only thing, do keep in mind that their dish-ware and dinnerware heats up very quickly. You will need to wait a minute or two before you can remove it from the microwave. Not a deal-breaker. We were in no rush and figured out how to use it. Another thing to keep in mind, especially if you have little children, is the staircase leading up to the two bedrooms. The child’s bedroom is directly opposite to the stairs, and the Master bedroom is opposite to that bedroom. So the stairs is directly visible from the child’s bedroom, but you exit the Master and turn right to immediately approach the stairs. We kept forgetting that the stairs were there, at the start, but we got used to the layout soon. If you have little children, keeping an eye on them so that they don’t wander off, or blocking off that area, with a pet gate/child gate or some such thing, might be a good idea. The place is well furnished. The laundry room had everything we needed. The TV came in handy when it got cold outside. There is a Walmart and HEB, within 20 minutes, for groceries and other things that you may need, and a Dollar store about 5 minutes away. A lifesaver when we needed Bengay in the evening and didn’t want to drive out too far. The weather was a little cold for us when we visited, and so we didn’t do much exploring. But we did go to the Dinosaur Valley State Park on one day and another local park another time. We could take our dogs, on leash, to both places. We’ll hope to explore more when we visit next. All in all, a lovely stay. Thank you, Twiletta, for making our stay enjoyable.

Great location.

We used the property as a base camp for the 100 mile Dino race my husband was in. The beds were comfortable and the house fit our needs. It would be a very nice location in the Spring or early fall to enjoy the surrounding parks and outside deck areas.

Bring the kids !!! Bring Bait too

First off Ditto on all the good comments already stated. I’m gonna say something original that not being said that definitely needs to be complemented about this house. It has a bed room that is meant to not only welcome the kids but to encourage them to come. So many places are have some many 5 star amenities about them that the owners would rather denture the kids but “ this house” has a room that says your invited to come and we welcome you. The master bedroom and kids bedroom upstairs we just let the kids ( all 6 of em) have the upstairs to theirselves even thought the master had a million dollar balcony view - and me and my wife had the bottom floor all to ourselves. The peace of having the whole floor to ourself outweighed giving up the balcony view bedroom - but let’s face it - the Lake view from the living room was 2 million dollar view and that’s what I got to wake up to when I got out bed and made breakfast. The kids loved all the fishing. My 14 year old daughter caught 2 amazing fish - 1 bass and 1 cat and lots of perch and my wife caught 1 bass and lots of perch. And all in all the 6 kids caught over 300 perch this weekend. We will come back again for sure.

Labor Day family trip

We had a family group of seven, ages 7 - 70, and this lake house met our needs perfectly! We brought our kayaks, were able to swim and fish from the lower deck and had a great time. The owner responded immediately to any of our concerns and took care of any issues.

Stunning views!

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and beautiful. Everything was well stocked. The views were beautiful front every deck. We loved sitting out at night and early morning to watch the sun rise and set. The owner was great and communication, directions and all were so good. The only thing I would say is the beds were not comfortable and they could use some extra pillows and blankets, but other than that it was delightful. Thank you again!

Definitely will try to get this place again!

The property was everything they advertised. It was on a great area of the lake. We had a boat and 2 jet skis, nice dock. The house was nice with comfortable beds. Plenty of area for my family of 6 and dogs to hang out inside and out. Awesome deck with plenty of seating. The week passed entirely too fast. You cannot go wrong with this rental.
