5 Day getaway

Very nice unit inside nice and clean. At check in they had sent me the wrong code to get in the unit. I had to contact the property manager tho get that straightened out but they were easy to contact. The building had exterior renovations going on that was not noted in listing. It was a little bothersome and dirty. The AC went out for a day & a half. They said it was a new ac unit and they had to get the installer to come fix it. One day there was no water in the unit so we ended up going to the pool house to get cleaned up before dinner which was very inconvenient. It did make us late for our dinner reservations. I would try the unit again after the outside renovations are completed and cleaned up and hope there are no problems within the unit again.

Perfect

I was a little nervous booking this since there were no reviews but it was even better than the pictures. We've stayed in Destin many times but this was our first at this property. It's easily accessible from the main road, away from the traffic, but still in the middle of everything. There's a very nice Mexican restaurant adjacent to the property that we were able to walk to. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had two adults (sisters) and four kids (cousins) for spring break and we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was stocked well and the appliances are new. There was some construction going on in the complex but it didn't interfere with our stay. The walk to the beach was much less than we were anticipating so we were pleasantly surprised and we were able to use the free beach service with no problems. The pool was also very nice. Everyone on this trip has already decided it's their favorite place we've stayed and we definitely will go back.

Inside was the best part

To be honest the inside of this place was simply amazing despite a few dislikes I loved the spaciousness of the bedrooms and the area in general! The view of the beach is clouded by all the renovations they have going on until the end of the year which was my same issue about the outside of the building in general! There was so much renovation it became annoying… The location isn’t the best because then only club is honestly Coyote Ugly was the only club that was welcoming to everyone and the food choices wasn’t that great… I was blessed to have Winn Dixie and target across the street to feed my family! Wasn’t cheap due to the stuff I had to throw away before flying out but it was ok!
