Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite!

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction in this complex will begin February 22, 2023. The project is estimated to last at least until the end of 2024. During this time, construction noises will be audible during working hours and the balcony will not be available. Some parking spaces may also be moved to temporary locations due to construction equipment. Parking for this rental is across the street from the community. From late spring 2023 until early winter, areas undergoing construction will have inaccessible balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We where assured that we had a view of the ocean and had use of the balcony. We neither got a view of the ocean we got a view of ply wood covering the opening of the non existing balcony. We rented this for the use of a balcony with a view of the ocean. We got a notice the day after we checked in that it would no longer be available for rent. The construction had been going on long before the notification that the condo would no longer be rented out. After 3 days they give us a choice of 2 properties not on the ocean or our money back. Now we have a choice drive back to Michigan or stay. As most people realise we are not going to get an ocean front condo at this date we choice to stay. As of this date we are trying to get some compensation from rental agency. The are refusing to compensate for their miss leading conditions of the condo. The added stress was construction started at 8: 00 in the morning with jack hammers breaking up the cement on the floors if balconies.

Under Construction

This place was a huge disappointment. I got there to find the building is undergoing construction. There was no balcony access, no parking and the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired. Thankfully, Vacasa provided a nearby property for me to complete my stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great condo for a very reasonable price! Right on a quiet stretch of beach! Accommodations were outstanding -- great view of the Gulf of Mexico with the intra-coastal just across the street. Heated pool with plenty of seating and cabanas.

Construction 2023

The condo is nice, we've stayed there before. But the amenities of balcony and parking by the bldg were missing and balcony furniture was in the living room.
