Ce condo est situé dans le quartier populaire Sunset Beach de Treasure Island. Il a 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et une cuisine bien équipée, pas de lave-vaisselle. Belle tuile partout et confortable décor tropical. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre. Laveuse / sécheuse à pièces sur place. Le salon est situé du côté de la plage du condo et il a une grande fenêtre donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. La vue est fantastique! Un service Internet gratuit est disponible.

Le Sunset Chateau est situé sur la célèbre Sunset Beach de Treasure Island. Ce bâtiment en front de mer direct offre une vue large sur le golfe du Mexique depuis chaque condo ici. Cette propriété a une petite piscine sur place, mais il n'y a pas de chaises longues fournies. Des barbecues au charbon de bois et des tables se trouvent juste à côté de la plage dans cet établissement, ce qui en fait un barbecue amusant! L’accès direct à la plage sur l’une des plus belles plages de Treasure Island vous permet de marcher pendant des kilomètres à partir de votre condo. Caddy’s On The Beach et Ka Tiki sont 2 restaurants de bar de plage qui sont env. ½ mile à pied jusqu'à la plage; les deux fournissent des boissons froides, de la musique live et de la nourriture. De nombreux autres restaurants, magasins et épiceries se trouvent à quelques minutes de route. À environ 5 km au nord se trouve John’s Pass Village, sur la plage de Madeira, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens à Tampa est à seulement une heure de route ou à proximité des parcs Disney et de toutes les autres attractions d’Orlando en seulement 2 heures. L'aquarium de Floride à Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver des dauphins), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomètres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comté de Pinellas !!

Overall OK. Location great. It was not clear from description that the balcony is not private. Would be very helpful to have a short how-to for the TV.

The room was clean. Described exactly as the description stated. The only complaint o have is that the pool area doesn’t have lounge seating so you can sunbathe.

However, some of the HOA rules we weren’t that happy about but that is ok because it was only for a week that we stayed and the rules are the rules.

Location and beach were outstanding. The unit was dated and the decor was very eclectic. Looked like random purchases from a thrift store. Kitchen was not properly equipped. Sheets were like burlap. We had to go buy our own at Walmart. Overall, disappointing stay.

Sunset Chateau, on the Beach. Easy access to shopping with Car

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the poor weather, I really enjoyed being right on the Beach at Treasure Island. We had big wind storms, which brought in an assortment of fascinating shells, and walks on the Beach. The unit was adequate for 2, and undercover parking always available. I would like to have seen some promotion and encouragement for Recycling. There were no signs. I did find a Single stream Recycling Deposit up the road. Few knew about it.

One bedroom condo

As being a new comer to your condo renting from VRBO we found it very difficult to access your building if it wasn’t for your cleaning staff, we would’ve been lost. Seeing as it it was a Sunday as we arrived. Nobody was on staff to answer our phone call. Prior to our stay. We did not receive any email. On how to receive our keys or access into our condo. Although once we found our place and understood how it works, it was lovely.

Someone should have notified us before arriving that building maintenance was scheduled most of the month. Water was shut off periodically during the week. The Bedroom needs updating. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bedroom. The bathroom needs a retractable clothes line to hang wet swimsuits.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I paid for the ocean; it was right there outside our door. Perfect. Condo #506 was OK place to stay. Over priced in my opinion, but I wanted to be on the ocean & I got that. Needs updating. Bed very uncomfortable, not to mention too high for short person like me. My husband saw a large waterbug skitter across the floor. Where there's one... Husband fixed screen, which would not shut all the way (windblown). But, it was an OK place to stay as a base & enjoy the ocean and amenities of Treasure Island. Would definitely come back to Sunset chateau. Not this condo.

Nice Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a smallish condo right on the beach! The flooring, bathroom and counters are upscale but some of the rest is dated. Lots of mirrored walls. Futon is sized more for two children - not adults. Only sheets and one blanket provided for futon. Bedroom bed is extra large with lots of pillows. Cooking and eat in supplies very limited-for example one knife and no pizza pan. We had to buy coffee filters and dishwashing detergent. Management supplied with a coffee sample, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 laundry pod, 2 rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels. TV was not connected to anything upon arrival but management company got a cable box in the day we called. A closet did contain some beach chairs. Balcony is not private; stretches across the entire beach side of the building. Building painting was being done while we were there which was annoying but unlikely to affect others in the future. Elevators are slow and reportedly cranky. Luckily we didn't personally experience many of the elevator problems reported to us by others onsite.

In regards to any items that were missing from the condo, we will be sure to take a look at this. Please do not hesitate to call us at our office if you are in need of any kitchen items, extra bedding, etc. as we do keep a number of supplies here that we are more than happy to get your way. It is true that we only leave a "starter supply" of some items as we have found that everyone's preferences are different with those items so we just leave enough to get you started. The cable boxes were all updated throughout our entire county in the past few months and the project has been quite a mess so we are sorry things were not in place upon your arrival. Thank you for calling us though so that we could get that corrected immediately for you. Thank you again for your feedback and for being our guest and if this condo was not the right fit for you, we have quite a large inventory and I'm sure we can find you the perfect fit!! Sunset Chateau Vacation on Sunset Beach, Florida

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this area for several years and felt like we'd like to give this vacation rental resort a try. The location for access to some of our favorite entertainment is perfect; close enough to walk to, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful beach time. We were very please with the gulf view from our unit even though it has windows, rather than a sliding door. The view gives the feeling you're are sitting right on the beach, even on the 5th floor. The size of the unit was what we expected and for two people there was plenty of room for a two week stay. Everyone who we encountered as renters and owners we very friendly and welcoming, which was a nice change from some of the other locations we've stayed. All of the plumbing, a/c, lighting and other mechanicals were in fine working order. Here's what I found disappointing. When we first arrived and started unpacking some of our groceries and kitchen supplies, I found the inside of the cabinets needed cleaning (crumbs, splatters, etc.) and I ended up needing to wash all of the dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and other items provided. Also, there were basic utensil needs that were not included in the kitchen, such as a can opener! There was only one serrated knife available for cutting anything beyond bread, no serving or mixing bowls, whisks and many other items were missing. The ice maker in the refrigerator was also not working, and the dishwasher did a terrible job of cleaning the dishes. In addition to the kitchen's lack of cleanliness, I pulled a blanket from the bedroom closet to use, and it had food stuck to it on several areas. All of the beach equipment contained in the utility closet was either broken or rusted so badly that they couldn't be used. That included the chairs that were provided to sit on the deck to overlook the beach.When we went to use the pool,there was a film of some type of oil(likely sunscreen)that was visible. Also, the bicycle rack was in need of replacement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. But the condo was dirty. I feel we should get our money back for the cleaning because my husband had to clean the floors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was adequate and fit our needs. Not many dishes but we ate out most everyday anyway. No dishwasher so I would have thought they would have left some dish soap. I loved how close it was to the beach. There are two elevators but only one was working and we were stuck in that one for about 20 minutes at one point. I did not like the shared balcony but we were fortunate to have good neighbors. We never used the pool since the ocean was very warm but the pool looked clean and well kept. Shell seeking was good as this area was less populated than the beaches to the north. Caddys on the beach was a short walk and had good food. Shopping in johns pass was fun. Many good restaurants to choose from.

A few suggestions would be a sharp kitchen knife, a kettle, some dish soap, salt, pepper and lawn chairs to take to the beach.
