This condo is in a residential area of the beach, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in town. The building has a beautiful beachfront gated heated pool and jacuzzi along with rest rooms. Ocean or intracoastal water views from every room. This gorgeous unit is fully furnished with beautiful coastal living designs and steps from the beautiful beach. Amazing!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean with an awesome view. The owner was very quick to respond when I reached out to him. You are right on the beach and so close to some of the best restaurants. This place was a dream and we had the best stay here. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent stay

The property is just as described. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants in the area. Chad, the host, was awesome to work with and communicated promptly. I highly recommend Chad’s place.

Our stay in Redinton shore

We ha fantasic week in this beautiful condo which was very well equipped, and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and the pool area was very nice.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay! Location is more “residential” which we loved, but still close enough to everything we needed.Condo unit was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Great communication with Chad.Pool was open and very cleanThe building itself is older and could use some updating.

My family had a wonderful time at Redington Beach. The condo was absolutely lovely—beautifully clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including ample beach and pool items. Its location was ideal, just steps from the pool and beach and within easy reach of many great restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. When my son accidentally left behind his favorite blanket, the owner was incredibly understanding and generous in arranging to have it shipped back to us. We are truly grateful for such kindness and look forward to returning to Redington Beach in the future.

The condo was excellent,very clean. The pool, hot tub, and beach was great, right downstairs. Everything we needed for the beach was there, even fishing rods, which we used and caught a lot of fish.Chad was great to work with, no problems at all. Our flight came in early so he even left us check in early. Really couldn’t have ask for a better place. We had a great vacation! We will definitely come back next year!

Great Escape

Chad was an excellent host. The home is in immaculate condition. Great beds, great living space, incredible kitchen, and steps to the beach. this is the perfect tranquil getaway and not too over developed. Excellent for optimal, rest and relaxation beach vacation.

Amazing place

Everything was perfect from the seamless check in to the beautiful space. Beds were comfy and all the amenities were as described. The kitchen was a dream Come true. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Condo with Great Location

We loved staying here! The pool and the beach were so easy to get to. We were a short drive from St Pete and Tampa. Everything we needed to have a good time was right on location! Chad was a great host!

Great condo in a great location

Great location and on the beach

This is our 2nd time staying at San Remo. This condo is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and a family room. It is right on the beach to take walks any time of the day. The location sits close to many restaurants as well as nearby to Tampa and St. Petes. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great vacation

Awesome place to stay. The condo came with everything you would need for your vacation. Beach gear, cooler and chairs. Only thing we picked up was some beach towels at Walmart. Close to everything, super clean and great ocean views! Chad was an amazing host and super easy to deal with.

Beautiful centrally located condo

We spent a week at this beautiful, clean, well appointed Condo visiting colleges and and near by friends while one kid a camp at IMG Academy. The condo Is just steps from the beach and a pool and within Walking distance to several restaurants and activities. It was centrally located for visiting Downtown Tampa, St. Pete, Gulf Port and Bradenton. We had a fabulous stay here and did not want to leave!

Wonderful Week

Really nice condo with a balcony that allows for early morning to late afternoon direct sunlight. Master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and nice shower. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans. Really enjoyed this place and look forward to coming back for longer than 10 days next time!

Excellent Host and Fantastic Property

Chad was exceptional at pro-active communication and the pictures of the property don’t do the property justice. The unit was clean, modern, well stocked and Chad was super-flexible with some awkward flight times we had coming in and out. We will definitively be back!

I can't say enough about our 1 week vacation. Chad's communication and organization were outstanding! His condo is just as pictured - state of the art and clean. The pool area is spacious and the beach is nice. The location is convenient. There are a few walkable restaurants/bars and a very short drive to many others. I plan to return!

Perfect condo with ocean view

I was very pleased with this condo. The kitchen has ample space with everything you need! Both the primary and guest bedrooms had plenty of space and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very clean with provided toiletries and plenty of towels. We were surprised cable tv was provided as we are used to streaming services only. We had a beautiful balcony with an ocean view to enjoy our morning coffee each day. Just a short elevator ride down to both the pool as well as the beach. Our host provides beach chairs, umbrella, towels and many other beach/pool amenities. If you enjoy birds there is a bird sanctuary located next door. The condo is conveniently located with various good restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Chad was very helpful with any of our questions.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

This was our first year to spend the winter in Florida and fell in love with San Remo #402 and the location. The Condo owner, was great communicating from the day we booked until we departed. This condo is newly renovated and has top of the line furnishings. I just can't say enough of how BEAUTIFUL it is, just as the photos show. I highly recommend booking this condo, we definitely will return next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this condo. It is exactly as pictured. It is very tastefully updated, the kitchen is stunning and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. I have stayed in this building before, and the location is perfect. Chad, the owner, is exceptional to deal with. He offered us some insight of places to visit, and also was quick to respond when and if we needed anything. It was just a wonderful experience and exactly what we were looking for.
