Beautiful Beach Condo

Our stay in this condo was exceptional. It was fully stocked with anything and everything we could have needed, was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and attractions, and had the most outstanding view. Perfect beachy stay! On top of that, our contact person, Carey, was extremely responsive and resolved minor issues we had immediately. We cannot say enough about the accommodations and the focus on making sure we had a marvelous experience. Will definitely be back!

Indian Shores Spring Break

This unit worked great for our family. Plenty of updates and plenty of room. The building itself is older, but this unit feels new. There is a great view off the back deck. We even watched dolphins pass by while enjoying our coffee. The public beach access is right across the street and the unit comes with everything you need to enjoy a day on the sand.

The condo is exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our family of 4. It was well stocked. I appreciated the beach chairs. Umbrella, beach towels. It’s a perfect location and a a quick walk right across the street to the beach. You can actually see the beach from the front door. We enjoyed walking to salt rock grill which quickly became a favorite. Be sure to make reservations. We ended up eating there twice. We also loved the breakfast/lunch coffee shop, Grove. It’s in Indian rock. About 3 miles from the condo. That was a favorite! Overall a great week and I’d recommend this property.

Intercoastal Luxury

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It offers everything you need inside (appliances, cookware, etc.) and outside (heated pool and hot tub, Pickleball/tennis courts, walks to the beach, and intercoastal access for fishing and kayaking). We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was absolutely perfect, condo was extremely clean and was very well equipped. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of intercoastal and only a 3 minute walk tothe beach. The condo has a very nice pool and hot tub. There are tennis and pickleball courts in front of property.

Wonderful

Everything you needed was there! Condo was immaculate, plenty of room, beautiful view and a quick walk across the street to the beach - with a wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella, beach toys, skim boards - everything needed to enjoy your day at the beach. Condo was supplied with dishes, glasses, cookware - all that you needed, plus, plenty of supplies. Coin laundry was easy to use and not an inconvenience. We will definitely stay again. Truly a gem

Great Stay

We had such a great time! Location was awesome. Saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Our property manager Carey was very attentive.

Late spring break trip 2023

This condo is great! Is is newly remodeled, well stocked, very clean, and has comfortable beds. The location was great, it has a nice inter coastal view while only being a short walk to the beach. Couple doors down from the Salt Rock Grill, which is my favorite restaurant. Condo has a nice pool, hot tub, saunas, tennis and pickle ball courts. We met several owners and they were all super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this condo. Owners were great and made sure we had everything for our stay.

Fantastic stay at Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club. Perfect location, updated condo! Everything was awesome, nice and relaxing vacay. Sat on the balcony every morning having coffee and watching dolphins!!

We made it work and enjoyed Indian Shores

Pros: Beach/pool items to use. Manager did respond in a timely manner. Kitchen had most items needed though having a cookie sheet(s) would have been helpful. Two options for coffee (Keurig). Seen dolphins out our balcony which has a nice view of the bay. Swimming pool. Cons: With children pulling a beach wagon, crossing the parking lot, and 2 lane st it took at most 5 mins. walking to get to the ocean. Elevator on our side was broken for 7 day stay resulting in us having to use the north elevator or take stairs to the 3rd flr. Shared washer/dryers on the 4th flr with each costing 1.75-2.25 per/load. Had to pay 2x before our clothes were dry. Multiple dryers took our quarters. At check-in we found a crumpled Kleenex on the floor in the 2nd BR. A charging dock was plugged into an outlet and on one of the beds. The 2nd BA shower curtain was orange rather than the white it was suppose to be. A throw blanket in the LR had a large, crusty yellow stain on it. Notified the manager and she asked us to notify evolve. Owners offered to refund us our stay, however, we had a lengthy drive and this was not realistic for us. The 2nd BR has a TV though we couldn't get it to work. The TV in the master BR was usually preparing itself more than playing. No starter garbage bags as implied. Lists a tub/shower combo--this unit has 2 walk-in showers. Front door was difficult to open/close but manageable. As a family who travels would rate 3-4 stars. We would not stay here aga

Condo was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, beautifully furnished, close to the beach! Loved sitting on the patio watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and seeing dolphins swim by! Condo had everything you would possibly need. Neighbors were very friendly. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Needs updating, but nice

Nice location right across the street from beach access. The condo wasn't cleaned when we arrived, but the communication with the owner was top notch! We explained the sheets and bedding were dirty, so the owner allowed us to purchase new sheets and bedding and had a reimbursement check in the mail by the time we arrived home from our vacation! The king sized bed is definitely due to be replaced as it offered zero back support and hurt our backs the first night, so my wife and I slept in the queen bed the rest of the stay, which was much better. The sectional had one corner that had no support and the bathroooms and kitchen needed updating as well, but it was adequate for what we needed, but at the same token a bit of a disappointment given the price we paid. They did have some beach chairs and boards for the kids to use in the ocean and they also have a wagon for easy transport to and from the beach. The outside pool was nice and they have 2 propane grills available to cook out which was convenient. Also, there were 4 tennis courts available anytime to play. There is access to several restaurants nearby, but you definitely want a rental car to explore the area and grab any supplies you may need. This is in-between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach so it's away from most of the traffic and congestion but yet you can reach either with only a 10 minute drive in either direction. The owner did tell us that we were one of the last people to stay there before they do a full rehab this summer, so hopefully they get their renovations done in time for next year! We would love to come back!

Lovely condo with beach & bay!

The condo was convent located, easily accessed & well supplied with everything I needed. Beaches here are fabulous & not too crowded. Towels, chairs, pool noodles, TVs
they have it all! Just bring your flip flops & sunscreen. Parking easy & building has elevator. Owner very responsive to any questions. Great visit!

Relaxing stay

We were looking for a place where we could just kick back and relax, and this property did not disappoint. Mornings were spent on the spacious deck watching the sun come up and seeing the occasional dolphins swim by. The beach was easily accessible, with a crosswalk right in front of the property. A few hours on the beach were usually followed by an afternoon by the pool, which was never too crowded and always comfortable. We liked the calm of being on the intracoastal waterway, rather than on the gulf side of the street. There were also plenty of good dining and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit itself was roomy and comfortable, and also well stocked with all the necessities needed for our stay. TV and AC units were simple to use with easy to follow instructions posted by the owners. A few minor upgrades could easily make this an even more enjoyable experience. A new showerhead in the master bath was needed for better water pressure. The fridge ice breaker was either not working or we could not figure out how to get it going. Luckily there were plenty of ice cube trays. In summary, we would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant week

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It is very quiet and not as touristy as Clearwater or St. Pete. We loved watching the dolphins and the boats on the intercoastal waterway. The beach is a short walk. The only negative I would give is this condo does not have access to the fitness center onsite. Beachfront Fitness is only a couple miles south and they offer weekly memberships, so it wasn't a big deal. The convenience of having it a few doors down would have been nice though. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. It was clean and comfortable. We hope to be back with our family! This was great for 2 couples!
