Welcome to the Mermaid Hideaway! Your vacation townhome is a short walking distance to PUBLIC Miramar Beach and Pompano Joe's. This lovely 2 Bed, 2.5 bath unit features a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen for in-unit dining. Sleeps 6 comfortably which makes it the ideal spot for a small family retreat! You'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and a cooler are available for your use. Come experience the beach with us!
The Space:
The Primary Bedroom includes a King size bed, ensuite shower, bath, patio with seating, smart tv, and blackout curtains.
The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, twin bed w/ trundle- ensuite shower, smart tv, and blackout curtains.
The Living Room includes a smartTV and 2 deep cushion couches.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, drink ware, and utensils necessary for in-unit dining and includes a small breakfast bar. Additionally, you'll find that the dining area is large enough to seat 6.
The Washer/Dryer are located off the kitchen where you'll also find cleaning towels necessary for any small messes should they arise.
The Back Patio includes a small area for grilling as well as a spot for rinsing off those sandy feet after a day at the beach. Inside the attached storage locker, you'll find all your beach day essentials.
You'll enjoy Free Wi-fi and Cable Television throughout the home with Roku Devices in each Room for your streaming pleasure.
2 heated Community pools are located within the Woodland shores complex, with areas for BBQs and lounging.

Due to HOA restrictions, this unit requires the primary renter to be of at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. Max occupancy is 6 guests. Additionally, no pets are allowed at this rental or on the premises of the Woodland Shores Complex. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. CHECK-IN IS AT 4 PM. No exceptions at this time.
All linens and towels are supplied; however, we respectively ask that you not use unit-supplied towels for beach use.

Great vacation getaway!

The property was perfect and had all we needed for a great beach vacation! The close proximity made for a relaxing stroll to a wonderful beach and our favorite beachfront restaurant. I definitely recommend this property for any family!

Girls Weekend Well Spent!

My friends and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this property and had a great time. Easy walk to public beach access and a short commute to any attractions/restaurants you want to try. Samantha was so easy to get in contact with and helped us all along the way if we needed anything!

This place was just what we needed. The property exceeded my expectations and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals for the family. There's a grill on the back patio that I used that was clean and ready to go. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was cute with a beach vibe. We really liked the location because it was super easy to get back and forth from the beach and was a perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. And, If we didn't want to go to the beach we relaxed by one of the pools, which were clean and well maintained. The area was welcoming and safe, which let us relax even more. But what really made my experience unforgettable was the host. They were extremely helpful throughout my stay, answering all of my questions promptly and providing me with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, and I truly appreciate their hospitality. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Hideaway to anyone looking for a perfect beach retreat. The property and host exceeded all of my expectations, and I can't wait to book my next stay.!
