Ce charmant niveau inférieur d'une maison a été complètement rénové avec des carreaux. À seulement 200 mètres de la plage, cette belle propriété 2BR / 2BA dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat massif dans le salon, écrans plats partout et 6 personnes. Pratique pour des tas de magasins et de restaurants, c'est aussi un bon rapport qualité-prix et à quelques pas de la plage.

Attractions de la région:
Le Grand Boulevard Town Center est un complexe de boutiques et de restaurants convivial pour les piétons situé juste à côté de Emerald Coast Parkway, à proximité des plages Sandestin et Miramar. Pour le client haut de gamme, le centre propose tout, de la Fusion Art Glass Gallery au Brooks Brothers Country Club. Un certain nombre de boutiques, telles que Hello, Sunshine et Magnolia House, proposent des tarifs que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs. “Spring break trip”

This particular property did not live up to its listing credentials! First of all, it was not modern in many ways at all. There was not enough space in the unit for 6 people as it was listed? The kitchen was very, very small and did not provide space to eat as a family. The place had not been cleaned well or in awhile! The master bath (shower) head fell off halfway through our stay and the 2nd guest bathroom drastically needed work on the walls and the shower. In short, my family did not enjoy our stay! “The unit truly needs work” if it’s to be listed as it has been…

Great stay! Perfect location!

Great experience. Perfect location centered around food and barely a walk to the beach. Place had everything needed. Owner was very communicative and willing to help with anything needed. Very nice person. Definitively will book again and again the stay was very inviting.

Girls Getaway

The building is split into 4 apartments and we stayed in 202. As far as location you can not beat it, this is the best thing it had going for it. We did have enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for our stay. Beds were okay. The cleanliness of the apartment however was rough. The door to the apartment is dirty and the walls need a good scrubbing. The worst part are the cockroaches. I messaged owner about roaches and she called me to relay to me that she knew about them b/c of a previous guest. She said that she has people spray every quarter and that is why the roaches were moving (because it was just sprayed at the beginning of the month). She also told me the apartment had roaches because it was on the lower level. Owner was regretful about situation and apologized but it is not okay. Roaches are disgusting and if she was aware of the problem she should have informed me of issue before I arrived and allowed me to make other arrangements. She said she was going to offer a token of gratitude through Venmo but as of now she has not.

Great place and great location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach every day. It is located close to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay again.

Amazing Place!!!

This was our second time staying here and once again it beat all expectations! Noticeably they’ve made some upgrades with appliances that really tie the whole place together. Communication was extremely easy and the owner is quick to respond. It really is 200 steps from the beach and is in the center of everything. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Short walk to the beach

The host was very good about getting back to me with any questions I had!! I recommend if you’re staying more than a couple days to bring extra toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags as only two days worth were available to us and we stayed 6 nights!! But overall was a pretty good experience!!

Great place close to the beach

Cozy home just a short walk to the beach. Location is also great because you can walk to Pompano Joe's and other little shops nearby. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy for washing our beach towels each day. Owner Tiffany was very responsive anytime we needed anything. Highly recommend.

The owner is phenomenal.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. We had a couple different issues during our stay and Tiffany was very responsive and got these issues resolved in unbelievable time. She made sure we were not inconvenienced at all! The only issues I had was that the area around the property is really disorganized and there are some random things lying around - like a circular saw and an electric leaf blower. Neither of those things posed an issue for us (with little, little kids) but I can see how a circular saw could pose a serious danger. They should really remove these things from the accessible area on the property. They were mixed in with beach toys and boogie boards and right by the entrance. We did not have problems with these things but I have a kid with a proclivity for mischief so I was naturally a bit concerned. Overall the stay was absolutely phenomenal. We had the time of our lives and we will definitely be back. We fell in love with the area! The beach is a short 5 minute walk to the beach! We went on a snorkeling tour and also took a boat to crab island and I highly recommend both of those things. The property was lovely to return to at the end of a busy day. It felt a lot like home and we did not want to leave!

Close walk to the beach and Pompano Joe’s restaurant.

Close walk to beach and Pompano Joe’s restaurant is a plus. However, the property is a 4-plex and their is a next door neighbor that told us how the parking worked - you get one spot right in front of the unit, with extra vehicles on the outskirts of the lot. Also, the master bath needs more towel racks - even an over-the-door rack would work. And there are limited cooking items and counter space in the kitchen. The couch fold-out mattress is very uncomfortable for an adult (might be fine for kids). Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great vacation spot!

Great location to the beach and surrounding activities! Great place for a small family or in our case a girls beach weekend! Home was reasonably clean. The home had all the amenities listed and required except for a dishwasher. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and perfect. Parking became an issue as the neighbors next to us parked directly in front of our villa door and it was dark when we came back after a day out. We had to park across the lot and there was no outside lighting so it was momentarily uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a perfect vacation.
