Updated and beautifully decorated lakefront 2 story 3BD 3BA town home is located in sought after Seascape Resort. Enjoy 8 tennis courts, and lounge pool side in one of the many community pools located onsite. No matter if you are a pro golfer or a beginner the champion golf course here is a must play. Seascape also provides private beach access along with being a short distance from several restaurants. The Whale's Tail (on the beach), Cabana Cafe, Lucille's Music Hall, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal's and many more!

Relax privately on either of the 2 large screened in balconies that overlook Stewart lake. One of the balconies is off the master suite. Coffee in the mornings, or a drink in the evenings is just more enjoyable with a view of the water.

Town home setup: This town home has one set of stairs to get to main level.

Amazing property

I can’t say enough about this property. Place was immaculate, communication was fast and friendly, perfect location, had everything you could think of. Lots of little touches like phone chargers by the bed, beach towels, books/games, beautiful decor, etc etc etc. Definitely coming back! So close to beach, 3 minute walk to pool. LOVED THIS PLACE!

Immaculate Property!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we chose it again this year. It’s very updated and clean and close proximity to the beach and Whale’s Tale. Right on the golf course.

This home was gorgeous and very clean! Location location location! Beautiful lake views, close to the beach, swimming pool and pickle ball courts - property manager responded quickly to any questions we had and was very hospitable. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable

We had the best stay at Toes in the Sand! The condo is fully renovated and spacious with two wonderful screened in porches overlooking the lake and golf tee. It is thoughtfully furnished and has all the amenities and more that you could want for a stay at the beach. Communication with the host was stellar. I couldn't recommend it more!

Will definitely stay again

The home was just as described. The neighborhood was well maintained. Very roomy and had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach. The kids loved on the way back jumping in the pool.

Family Beach Vacation

This villa was great for our stay! Cozy but plenty of room for everyone to relax in the large living space. Rooms were comfortable, good beds and pillows! Close enough to comfortably walk to the beach. Other places we have stayed in the seascape resort were not as easy to get to the beach access. Host was great! I would recommend staying here.

Mothership Weekend

We were in town for a concert and had the time of our lives. The condo was PERFECT. The TV was on a relaxing channel and yes.....they left the light on for us! Amazing time. We will rent the SAME unit in the future. I can't think of anything that could have been better!

Wonderful Condo Great Management

Condo looked just like pictures and described perfectly. We had 8 adults for a weekend music festival and this was the perfect place. Great community, easy access to the beach, comfortable condo with 2 screened in porches. We will definitely reserve again the next time we are in Destin.

Log Weekend Stay

This condo is clean, updated, and centrally located to all the amenities! There was plenty of space to separate adult and children's activities, while waiting out the cold weather. We will definitely rebook in the future!
