Surrounded by lush forest, enjoy a carefree getaway at this heavenly Russian River retreat. Affectionately nicknamed Camp Totoro (named after the homeowner's dog), this tranquil haven feels like staying in a treehouse nestled among towering redwoods.

This home comfortably sleeps six guests - offering an ideal home base from which to explore the area. Walk to the beautiful Northwood Golf Course & Restaurant, or drive a few minutes to Monte Rio beach, as well as the restaurants and bars of Guerneville. Find some of the most appealing wineries, forests, restaurants, and beaches in the world nearby.

THE HOME

Recently renovated with modern amenities, your welcoming vacation rental is surrounded by coastal forest. It features a serene master suite and two guest rooms with king beds, as well as a bonus kid's sleeping room, and a recreation room.

The inviting living area opens to a chef's kitchen. Enjoy alfresco meals on the large deck.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The inviting living area includes a 65in smart TV with on-demand streaming services as well as the ability to cast your own content. Kick back and enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning stove. Downstairs, a recreation room features a smart TV, wet bar, and games.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, a side-by-side fridge, and ample cookware. For ingredients, Safeway is a 7-minute drive away in Guerneville.

The kitchen connects directly to a deck with a large outdoor dining table.

BED & BATH

Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a comfy king bed. A bonus room is configured with two twin beds. In addition, the recreation room has a sofa bed.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The master suite has direct access to the deck as well as a bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity. All bathrooms include a bidet.

A half bath off the living area adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA

The large deck is surrounded by majestic trees and has a dining table for 10 as well as a grill. Enjoy plenty of comfy seating options in the sun or shade.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two cars are provided. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This three-story home is accessed via one flight of stairs at the entryway. The home does not have air-conditioning or cable TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
