Reminisce about your family's beach day as you unwind on any of the brand-new living room furniture. A couch (with lounger) and two armchairs provide seating for five, with nearby seating at the kitchen island for two more. Fall back into a seat and catch your favorite football game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to reveal a sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN

Treat the family to a homestyle breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes or some yummy chocolate chip cookies to snack on while you watch the nightly Bellagio-style laser fountain show over the lake. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the outdoor table on the balcony with sweeping views of the relaxing and tranquil lake, with an additional two at the kitchen bar.

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably – up to 4 adults and 2 children due to bunk bed limitations.

Wake up with a peak-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico as you begin to stir in the plush king-size bed of the primary suite. With its ensuite bathroom, featuring a bathtub/shower combination, the primary bathroom will check all the boxes as your oasis at the beach!

The kids will love their private bunk area! Telling each other stories from their day at the beach will be the highlight of the trip! The built-in bunk nook features a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

A second full bathroom with bathtub/shower combination is located adjacent to the bunk nook.

The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo contains a stacked washer and dryer perfect for refreshing your swimsuit after a day at the beach. A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest's stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.

PARKING

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the north parking garage. Parking passes and wristbands must be picked up onsite from the front desk upon arrival. The cost is included in your reservation.

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
