Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your time in PCB. We hope you will return soon for another visit. The patio furniture was replaced last year unfortunately with the salt water/salt air it does not stay looking new for very long.

This tenant is a scam artist and tried to stay for free by saying things that were not true. I refunded the cleaning fee to him but he wanted a free stay. I offered a 100% refund but he did not want that either. I sent over the cleaning folks and all they could complain about is that the pillows should be brand new with each tenant, to which we explained we do not buy new pillows for each guest and as far as I know there is not a condo or a hotel that replaces the pillow after each guest and that each pillow does have protection covers and pillow cases that are washed after each guest. Then he said the fridge did not work so I hired a repair man to come out to fix it and he would not allow the repair man to come in and fix the fridge and stated "oh now it is working". This guest is a scammer and I did let VRBO know and them. Be warned if you rent to them they are skilled at trying to get free rent and threaten to give bad reviews to get the free stay.

Thank you for your review, I am so happy you found the resort and condo beautiful. We think it is lovely also. The condo has been renovated each season with new updates. We just completed new luxury vinyl planking and new stainless steel appliances. Your stay was one of the first stays with the newest updates. I hope you will return. The maids will be sure to look in all areas.

Thank you for your review. The listing says lake front, and states the beach is across the street. The pictures are accurate and show the swimming pools and hot tubs. This is a condo, so no private hot tub, everything is part of the COA.

I hope you enjoyed the beautiful condo that was provided with brand new floors and appliances for you to enjoy. The condo has had many renovations each year to ensure there are new updates for the guests to enjoy each time they return. The listing shows one set of bunkbeds. The pictures also reflect one set of bunkbeds. I am sorry you were confused and thought there would be more. The condo only sleeps 10. For the guests convenience the condo comes with toilet paper in each bathroom but the guest is required to bring there own supplies after the first day. At this time of year the elevators are slow at all the resorts in Panama City Beach do to the increased amount of people vacationing. The elevators are the busiest at check in and check out and do create a delay. This is stated in the information that is sent out ahead of all arrivals.

This guest was not a good guest and complained about everything trying to get a free stay. I did everything to try to make them happy. I offered a full refund if they wanted to leave but they wanted to stay and wanted a discounted or a refunded stay. They complained that the wind tipped over the patio cushion. Complained that the patio was stained, I had a professional company come right out and clean the patio. I sent the cleaning company out to re-clean. I had another company clean the couches. They complained that the garbage can was dirty. These are things that they tried to find to complain about. Please read all the other reviews that state the condo is nice and clean and that this guest was just trying to get a free vacation.
