You are provided a complimentary town beach pass so that you can spend lazy summer days soaking up the sun and taking leisurely swims in the water.

As you approach the cottage, you'll be greeted by a beautiful wooded yard and a tranquil atmosphere. Step inside and you'll be delighted to find an inviting open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Please note that the stove does not include an oven. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and features a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and a television.

The living room also has a TV with Roku, and air conditioning for your comfort. The futon opens into a full-sized bed to accommodate guests you invite to join you. Imagine sipping a delicious cup of tea or coffee on the screened porch as you breathe in the fresh air and bask in the serenity of the surrounding woods. In the evening, gather around the fire pit with your loved ones and make memories that will last a lifetime on a lovely summer night.

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a pet fee of $175 per pet. There is parking available for 4 cars.

If you would like to rent linens for this property; the cost is $30 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.
