Gerhardt's Lakefront is an exceptional Bass Lake home with flawless craftsmanship, a private boat dock, and beautiful waterfront views. As you enter this home, you'll be greeted by a fantastic floor plan and a living room with a stone fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and seating for eight. The open kitchen was thoughtfully remodeled with granite countertops, a two-drawer dishwasher, a five-burner cooktop, a separate oven, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of under-cabinet lighting - all with stunning Bass Lake views.
This main part of the house includes a primary bedroom suite, a main-floor bedroom, and two bedrooms in a separate wing. Downstairs, you'll find a family room with a second stone fireplace and a flatscreen TV, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second kitchen with a dining area, and separate access to the Lake. Awaiting just outside are a private yard with a grassy lawn, a patio, a deck overlooking the water, and a private, covered boat dock.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.
THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.

Dock details: There is a private dock on the property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
