🏡 PARADISE POINT CABIN IN BASS LAKE CA 🏕

Our Almost 5,000 sq foot , 3 story Lakefront cabin is located in Marina view Bass lake ca. With multi levels this cabin is true paradise with a 3 story deck adding almost 2,000 sq ft of outdoor living with gorgeous lake views. Both upper decks have dining and lounging furniture to enjoy your days outside !. This Cabin does have 2 central Air conditioning and heating units on upper and lower level of home , to keep the house cool during summer and warm during winter and snow season. 12 guest max no extra visitors 🚫no pets 🚫 !!


Kitchen - 👩‍🍳 ⏲


Large chefs kitchen , double oven, trash compactor, 5 gas burner stove . Fully stocked with pots pans cooking utensils for any kind of cooking you will be doing. Also stocked with Dining utensils and glasses for the whole entire family. We have a clean water filler system to ensure all our guest have fresh clean water.

Living area - 🛋 📺


Living room has a large beautiful wood burning fireplace, smart TV with WIFI so you can still access all your favorites Netflix and Hulu shows! The living room has 3 large sofas for seating for 9 with 6 reclining chairs so the adults can relax to a movie while the kids are playing down stairs in the game room !


Game room/ bedroom- 🎯 🎱 🎲


Our fishing hole game room has arcade systems , foosball table, poker table combo, many Board games, books , Tv , mini bar with sink, mini fridge and pop corn Machine. All To have fun as a family or to keep the kids busy when your not on the water , hiking, or dining at Our many restaurants at bass lake !


Bedroom- 🛌 😴


All rooms will be supplied with clean bedding , pillows and fresh clean towels. (Please bring cozy blankets we do not supply extra blankets)


Restrooms- 🚽 🛁


You will have two full baths and one half bath. We supply each restroom with 3 rolls of toilet paper. we leave a Courtesy shampoo conditioner and body soap in the full bath rooms incase you forgot something. Each booking is supplied with 12 bath towels. Please bring beach towels for the lake .


Laundry room - 🧺 🧼


We have free washer and dryer units in the cabin, we also supply laundry detergent and Dryer sheets so it's one less thing you have to worry about.


Traveling with toddler/ infant - 👶 🍼 🧸


If you have a toddler/infant 3 and under, we do have a small toddler bed with railings, play pin , and rocking chair that we can leave out for you if requested.
We supply a high chair cuppies, bottles, toddler plates, cups and toddler silverware with every booking. We do not have baby gates at this time .

absolutely no pets/ service animals of any sort , we live in the cabin when it's not being rented and my son has a severe allergy so we do not allow any animals . If found having a animal you will be asked to leave with no refund and we will give fines from $1600-$5,000 for professional cleaning and you will be held accountable for any extra medical bills . This is a legal medical excuse and have been through this before so please don't risk it because we will legally fight any service animal arguments. By booking our cabin your agreeing to these Cost!! We have cameras at every entrance specifically for this reason, and Our cleaning crew does looks for pet evidence . I take this extra serious for my sons sake !! There is many pet friendly cabins in bass lake sorry if we lose your booking over this but my son is our world . We also have many guest with allergies who specifically book our cabin for this strict policy . It's important for me to keep them safe as well . Parking - 🅿️ 🚗


4 cars max . You have full access of our two car garage during your entire stay , ,.. if you are bringing a boat there is parking for 3 cars and 1 boat . There is room to reverse any size boat/boat trailer in the front of our home. Walking distance Down the road on either side of the cabin are two large dirt lots with plenty of room for parking extra vehicles . (First come first serve)


Private Boat launch and Marina - 🚤 🛥


You will have 24/7 access to "Marina Views" private gated marina and boat launch!! That is located 3 houses away from our cabin .
Launch your boat with out the craziness and stress of having to wait in the long lines, avoid the stressful rush at the public ramps .(that during holidays run out of trailer parking.) You also get to avoid the $20 fee to put your boat in the water and $20 fee to take your boat out of the water!! Can't go wrong with VIP amenities!
( $200 fee to replace lost gate card , that's literally how much we have to pay for a new one so please don't lose it lol)
Our boat slip is a short walk from our backyard!! (that does include LOTS of stairs and an small incline . )
♿️ For handicap accessibility, you can drive your guest to our private marina, park for the day walk down the ramp that has no stairs and be picked up by boat.
Only one car is allowed to park at the marina during the day . ( not over night, you will be towed )
You must take your truck and trailer out of the marina after launching and move it back to the cabin, or the dirt lot outside the marina gate !! You can reverse your boat trailer in front of our house for free storage, or you may pay the pines resort to store it in their boat parking lot , what ever makes you comfortable!


Off roading / bike trails 🚴🏼‍♂️ 🚵 🚴🏻‍♀️


Our cabin is 1 min bike ride from the famous 007 bike trail there is also multiple bike trails around bass lake from beginners to experienced! 007 being one of the most desired you will have the luxury of being right next to it with our cabin .
30 second drive from our cabin is the entrance to central camp road that leads to shuteye peak beasore Road for all you 4x4 riders , bring your Jeep's side by sides and drive it from the cabin to the entrance for a day out on the trail. Also look into Miami trails for more dirt bike quad n side by side friendly trails . Entrance is 10 min from the cabin


Swimming and boating- 👙 🤿 🛶 🚣 ⛵️

Our cabin is located on the south side of bass lake closest to the dam. (Deepest side of the lake) We also have the largest 5mph no wake zone of bass lake right in our back yard ! , so makes great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or just beaching it and taking in those rays. We have floats, swimming toys, some life jackets and fishing poles located in the garage for all our guest to use during your entire stay! ( please return)


Marinas At Bass Lake - 🍦 🍽 🍴🎣 🛒 🛍


We have 3 Marinas on the lake where you can rent boats, jet skis , Paddleboards, kayaks, tubes, lifejackets, gas your boat up , get your boat registered, Buy a fishing licenses, dining Shopping, lodging and more:
-Bass lake water sports at The Pines resort
-Miller's landing resort
-The forks resort

You can store all your boat/toys rentals, in our boat slip your whole stay !

Each marina host different events Throughout the year, so please look online for dates and information.

Also just a clarification because I've been asked this many times the cleaning fee is only $350 per booking. $1600- $5000 is the professional cleaning FEE (FINE) , if you were caught with PETS , having a PARTY (a party is, over 12 people with out approval from host ) or SMOKING in the cabin. If we catch it early you will be asked to leave our cabin with no refund and fined !! BOOKING OUR CABIN YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR RULES ! -We have ring cameras that are on 24/7 that turn on with motion and also record sound . 1 is located at the front door bell , 1 is in the garage facing the garage door, 1 is outside by roof facing the main road, 2 are outside both backyard exit doors facing away from the exit doors . One is located on the bottom deck facing small exit gate to dirt walk way. No Cameras Are facing in the cabin or facing in to bed rooms . **We have a ring camera that is located in the upstairs private locked room located next to the laundry room . that is LOCKED and not available for any guest to enter . It’s there for our security of our personal belongings, and only records when it detects motion in that specific room. There is a warning sign on that specific door that it is private only accessible for employees, and that there is a camera inside if you do enter. We are like most Americans have security cameras outside our house to help protect our gem , we only rent our cabin out 3-4 months of the year, the rest of the time it’s our private home so we have them up for our security and leave them up during the short rental season. It might seem like we have to many but our home is 5000 sqft with 2,000sqft of outdoor living not including the front yard . The camera are only by entry points, The rest of the property is very private
