Situé dans le magnifique lac basse à proximité du parc national de Yosemite, cette belle maison de 3 étages est à deux minutes à pied du lac. La maison dispose de 7 chambres, 5 salles de bains, 2 cuisines, et 18 personnes. A l'étage est la maison principale. Etage 2 a 3 ch (y compris un maître w / salle de bain), 2 salle de bain, grande cuisine mise à jour, 2 salles à manger, terrasse couverte massif. Etage 3 a second bedrm maître, un autre grand bedrm w / 4 lits jumeaux, une salle de bain, et un énorme rm vivant. Le "appartement" au premier étage dispose de 2 ch, 2 salles de bains, 2 rms de vie, et une cuisine américaine. Parfait pour des vacances multifamiliales! Il y a un garage, laveuse / sécheuse, ventilateurs de plafond, chauffage, et refroidisseur par évaporation pour les planchers 2 et 3, câble, Internet haute vitesse, barbecue, table de ping-pong. Accueil a slip dock personnel sur le quai de la communauté privée. Bass Lake est un lieu de villégiature merveilleux avec restaurants / bars, un centre communautaire, des boutiques pittoresques, ainsi que la randonnée, le canotage, la pêche, la natation. We love this property. It has a great layout, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which is perfect for large groups. It's just a short walk to the lake. This is our fourth year staying here, and we really appreciate all of the recent upgrades - new mattresses, a new fridge, a shuffleboard, new trash enclosure, and AC in the main living space. The owners are so easy to work with. Can't wait for next year!

Yosemite NP

Nikki was a fantastic host. Replying quickly to all my questions. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time cooking out and playing games. Everyone had comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for cooking and even making homemade ice cream. The fireworks on the lake was the perfect ending to our visits to Yosemite and sequoia NP.

Great home for a large group

Every other year my family has a reunion at Bass Lake. This is the third year that we have rented this home and we will probably rent it again next time. It is a wonderful home for a large group. There are seven bedrooms one of which is a bunk room with four beds. Plenty of room for a large group like ours. They have added air conditioning units to many of the rooms which was great. It would have been nice to have one or two units in the connected two bedroom suite which can get a little warm but otherwise everything inside the house was great. We love to hang out on the big front deck which is big enough for us all to sit down together for dinners. And it is a short walk to the dock where we spent most of our time hanging out. Nikki the host was wonderful and very responsive to messages I sent. All in all, a great rental for a large group.

Large family vacay

Overall the house was great! We all fit, with our own rooms and own bathrooms. Mother Nature had a hot flash which was unpleasant with no AC. But we made the best of it and added a few fans and another portable ac unit.

Great Large Cabin with an Amazing Location

We’ve stayed in this cabin now for four years in a row. It is huge with seven bedrooms and a great location. You can walk to the dock where there’s a slip for you if you have a boat. Nikki is a great host and always answers any questions quickly!

Annual Lake Trip

This is our third year at this property. We love the location - it's a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. There are many bedrooms and bathrooms, which are great for big groups. The best spot in the house is the outdoor deck. It was the hottest year at the lake so far. So that was challenging, but we still had an amazing week. Nikki is by far the best host we have worked with. We cannot wait for next year's trip!

Annual Bass Lake Trip

This is our second year at this property. There is so much space for a large group - with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. The deck is one of our favorite things about this property. It's a great spot to hang out. And, Nikki is amazing - one if the best owners we have interacted with. We cannot wait for next year!

Very enjoyable!

We had a terrific time in the home. The home was very nice, clean, and up to date. The kitchen was very well accessorized; more than any others we've been to. Excellent facilities for a large family. It was very nice to have access to the garage; we've never seen that before. We are eagerly anticipating next year's stay.

Always a great cabin for our family. Lots of room with a great deck to spend evenings and mornings. I would note that it does not have central AC but two large portable AC units.

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

Yearly Bass Lake Trip

What a great property! There's plenty of space for large groups. Having seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two living rooms made the house nice and comfortable. The parking situation was ideal - room for many vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect - the boat slip/lake was just an easy, short walk from the house. Our favorite part of the house - the outdoor deck. It was an amazing hang out spot. The pictures do not do it justice. We have been renting houses at Bass Lake for over a decade, and Nikki was by far the best owner I have dealt with. She was so patient and responsive with all of my questions. We cannot wait for next summer!

House was the perfect location less than a block from the lake with a great community dock. House was also a great size with multiple common spaces for allll the people.

Great home great location

This house has lots of space and the covered porch was the perfect place to relax any time, day or night. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We put the garbage out the night before and in less than 5 minutes we had a huge bear ripping through the cans. Also, you can only access the downstairs apartment from the outside. This wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. One of the apartment bedrooms has a very low ceiling but it was still a great house

My family loves the outdoors. We enjoy all things nature. We have been vacationing at Bass Lake since we were children and have spent many a wonderful hours on the lake, hiking the falls, board games, reading, and sitting on our super sized covered patio together.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My name is Nikki and my husband, Clay, and my Parents, Nick and Phyllis, purchased our cabin as a second home in 2000 so our entire family could enjoy time together. We often spend holidays and summers enjoying boating, fishing, hiking, and relaxing together. Our place is large enough that both my sisters and their family always join us. We decided to share our home so others could enjoy this beautiful location. There is always something to do, even if it is just chillin' on the wonderful patio. We have rented our home during the summer months for years now & our regulars keep returning year after year. When we get that repeat request immediately after they leave, we know they love it as much as we do. :)

The covered patio is spectacular. There are 3 floors. The first floor is a separate apartment unit w/2 bedrms, 2 baths, a galley kitchen, 2 living rms. The 2nd floor is the main house w/large kitchen 3 bedrms, 2 baths, and 2 eating areas. This is where the patio is. The 3rd floor has a master suite, bath, spacious family rm, window seat, and huge bedroom w/4 twin beds. Spacious, clean, beautiful.
