Dinner can be prepared on the natural gas barbecue and your meal can be enjoyed on the patio sitting area with room for the whole group. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 50-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. The extra sitting area is located near the kitchen which includes a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight, a breakfast table located near the corner living area with room for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the entryway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 42-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a shower and Jacuzzi-tub combo, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located to the left of the entry and features a King-sized Bed, 42-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a King-sized Bed, 42-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom features a shower and tub combo and vanity sinks. The hallway powder room features a vanity sink.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
