Perfect for Tennis Paradise

The house was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to Indian wells. Was a great spot and 92 year old dad was able to navigate around the house easily. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and yard

This property is in a beautiful location. The yard is excellent for a dog. The putting green was well used by our group, bring your own putters. Kitchen was well stocked. Truly enjoyed the games table. The listing says there is a pool table, there is no pool table. We enjoyed the hot tub, once we got it working. Lovely oasis!

Feels more like a $200/night stay

Well, there were many things damaged beyond repair and needing to be replaced. There were two consequtive days that gardeners/pool cleaners came without any mention. Ineven double checked the app to see is Oleg had reached out once we checked in, notifying me of this. Nope! No messages. We were in the spa and it was extremely uncomfortable because they didn’t even announce who they were. There needs to be landscaping, cleaning outside. Huge black widow female under back porch main door. Huge! I understand spiders live outside but I’ve also cleaned for these types of rentals before and know what to expect. I was happy that the dogs were allowed but there was still old dog crap on the fake grass putting green that I had to clean up. The master bathroom toilet was almost non flushable and on the master closet was broken glass. I love all the plants but some are root bound and dying because they need to be transplanted and taken care of. There’s water damage inside the front window in the kitchen/dining area on the tile and bugs in the pots. The faucet is broken in the kitchen. Some plants are dead left abonded in the backyard and there’s a cool pool that’s small but it’s broken. The bikes in the garage have flats. The master bedroom door was falling off the hinges. The master bathroom and closet have this wierd, old orange light that doesn’t even work. There were many broken/chipped items in the kitchen and old chewed gum in the window sill. The twin bedroom beds had crumbs and appeared to be dirty, so we had to wash all the bedding the day we got there. The same twin bedroom closet doors and broken and almost falling off. Almost all of the window blinds are not functionable to open and one is even zip tied. There was a lot of dust. The pool was nice even though it had alot of debris and the spa was enjoyable somewhat. The washer and dryer is a plus as well as all the games.

Now compear to other people's reviews and you will understand will I consider your complaints seriosly. Thanks for "spa was enjoyable somewhat" !!!!! Probably you belong to this kind of people. Unfortunately. My family loves this house and constantly trying to make it better. Sorry for your bad mood. We will ask our friend spider who lives outside, to go away. He is not welcome there anymore. ;-(

Excellent all-around

Owner was communicative and responsive. If anything, the listing understates the house; it's very roomy. Pool was maintained 2x/week, which was great. Putting green was lots of fun (but bring your own putter). Fruit trees were a bonus! If you don't mind a long walk (which we didn't), all amenities are walking distance.

Great vacation home.

We fully enjoyed our stay snd would definitely come back. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus the back yard lounge chairs. Our group also enjoyed the putting area with varying slopes snd beaks! Would suggest to upgrade to new LED Daylight bulbs but not enough to knock off a 5 star rating.

We had a blast here doing hikes during the day and relaxing in the pool in the afternoon and having unique dinner experiences around Palm Springs. Oleg was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We liked the convenience of the location. The game table was great. Our family plays lots of games, especially Texas Hold'em. The children loved the pool but it could have been a little warmer.

Family vacation

The place fit all of our needs. We had access to the hot tub and pool. The dads played two golf courses in the area. Perfect location for multiple courses. Lots of great food not too far from the house.

Comfortable & lovely desert oasis

Just got back from 2 days at this property ... my family has barely gone anywhere since Covid hit and we've been itching to get out of the house for a few days. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be ... the house is beautiful, with 4 comfy beds and a room with 2 twin beds that worked perfectly for the kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well-maintained - we did not have any problems with rashes as the previous review mentioned. The kids loved the putting green / outdoor games and overall everyone had an extremely relaxing time. The pictures don't do it justice! The house is very big and was just perfect for our 4 person family, next time we could even bring grandma & grandpa & have plenty of room! All interactions with the owner were friendly and he got back to me quickly on all of my questions. We even met one of the neighbors who was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Great place and stay, but issue with pool

Overall our family loved our stay. The property manager was very responsive. We wanted a place that we didn’t have to leave for our winter holiday vacation as Covid was running rampant down there. The place was perfect for that. We didn’t need to do anything but relax. The issue that came up, and the reason we docked it a star was the pool. We LOVED the pool and spa, however within a day or so our kids started having some irritation on their skin. We brought it up to the property manager and he assured us it wasn’t chlorine irritation as the pool is a salt water pool. We liked the idea of that, however after a couple days all of us were having mild to moderate irritation which ended up with several of us with rashes even after a week of our stay. I think it could have possibly been avoided if the manager sent someone to check the water when we first brought it up, but I’m not sure. I’m imagining he’ll stay on top of it moving forward. Our only other complaint was that the walls were a bit thin and we could here everything going on in the house from every room. With kids that gets a little tricky with differing sleeping hours, but it depends on your parties schedules. All in all, we were happy with the stay but the pool rashes were quite unfortunate.

Your complaint about your skin irritation I did immediately pass to my pool man. He visiting the house twice a week. He was there with his regular visit when you were there. He did text me the photo with the water test color stripes proving that water is in good condition. Besides you, nobody complained about water quality. So it was a surprise for me and my pool man. Sorry for the bad experience with the pool. Yes, it's a salt pool with 0 chlorine in the water.
