Magnifiquement meublé 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, piscine chauffée / spa sur le terrain de golf avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Grand espace de vie à aire ouverte et cuisine gastronomique entiÚrement équipée. Tous les luxes de la maison. Les lits sont tous trÚs confortables.
La grande salle spacieuse comprend des canapés confortables, des fauteuils inclinables, un foyer au gaz, un téléviseur HD de 50 pieds et un systÚme audio Sonus.
La cour arriĂšre est un rĂȘve pour les artistes! Profitez de belles vues sur la montagne sur le patio arriĂšre entourant la piscine privĂ©e d'eau salĂ©e et le spa. La cour arriĂšre a une petite pelouse pour faire votre yoga, une table de patio pour 6 personnes et des chaises longues permettent un confort pendant que vous prenez un bain de soleil. The host Sandy was great. Everything in the house was great. The beds were fantastic, kitchen had everything you could want. I love the house had all the little amenities that made everything comfortable. The golf cart was great as was the hot tub. Living room was also vey comfortable and the Smart TV was vey easy to use. Getting in and out of the Golf community was also very easy. We had a great stay for New Years and will be coming back next year.

An awesome house! The home was clean and spacious; the beds were very comfortable; the master bathroom was extremely large; the pool was perfect and heated; and being on the golf course provides a great environment. Coachella Getaway

My friends and I stayed at Sandy's property for Coachella this year and it was perfect! The location of the house is amazing and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We all enjoyed getting to spend some time in the pool/spa after a long day at the festival. Sandy was an incredibly responsive host who answered any questions I had about the property or logistics before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This listing lives up to its high ratings. Located on a golf course in a gated community, the property has all the amenities you can think of. Very quiet street and conveniently located near polo fields and commercial areas. Property owner was very accessible and wonderful to work with. This property checks all the boxes.

The house was perfect for our needs. We went to the Coachella Music Festival and the location was super close. We had a great time. First time away with our new granddaughters. Sandy was great to deal with. Checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. House had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sandy’s home. It was a perfect getaway weekend. Sandy is extremely attentive to detail, which I appreciate. The home is impeccably furnished and decorated. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed for meal preparation. There were luxurious linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and spa were amazing, including the pool floats. We didn’t have to worry about anything during our stay, which led to a relaxing weekend. We can’t wait to go back again.

Wonderfully Cozy

From the first question I messaged to the owner the experience was a 10 out of 10. Sandy was great to communicate with and even checked in with me via phone the day before. The house was beautiful, clean, organized, and perfect in size for our family of 5. The pool was a great way to escape the heat. The garage was fully stocked with extra pool toys that we put to good use. I would definitely not only recommend this house to my friends, but I will stay here again.

Amazing!!

The property was great!!! Clean and equipped with everything you may need and some. Sandy the owner went above and beyond. It was our first time at the Coachella festival and she was so helpful. She gave us some of the neighbors phone numbers and we would get a ride from them. The festival was very close but still a lot of walking especially after so the rides were amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Book this property if you are in need!! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely Stunning Home!

We walked in and just fell in love with this home! It is perfect in every way possible. Beds are so comfortable, home was spotless, kitchen is stocked with everything a chef could ask for and more. Decorated like a professional designer home and the pool and spa was relaxing, pool chairs are excellent and so comfy you could fall asleep in them! The patio is stocked with comfy lounge chairs and nice big table for gathering the family around to eat. Sandy was an excellent host and always willing to please and went above and beyond with any requests we had. Her home was absolutely the perfect place for our family of 5 adults. The view is another spectacular plus about this home, especially if you like to watch golfers. The boys golfed everyday and the employees who work at the golf course were so nice. Perfect location in the neighborhood too! We can't wait to go back and highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sandy for sharing your beautiful home to us. ♄

We’re Mike and Sandy, married for 37 years and still each other’s favorite travel companions. Mike is a passionate golfer, while I enjoy showing horses and spending time with our beloved Labrador Retrievers. Though we travel extensively, our favorite getaway is always our Indio vacation home.

We fell in love with the desert’s bright, cheerful mornings and the breathtaking star-filled skies at night. This home has become our happy place to unwind, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who want to experience the same sense of peace, fun, and relaxation. We visit often ourselves, so we’ve made sure it’s comfortable, welcoming, and full of little touches that make it feel like a true home away from home.

We fell in love with this home the moment we stepped inside. The large open-concept design creates a bright and airy atmosphere, and the views are truly breathtaking—majestic mountains in the background and the lush golf course right out back. The living space flows seamlessly into a spacious backyard that feels like your own private resort.

Our oversized lot gives the property an extra sense of openness, with plenty of room to relax, entertain, or simply soak up the sun. The sparkling pool and spa are the centerpiece, surrounded by a beautiful lawn and lounging areas that make outdoor living a dream.

The location couldn’t be better. Just across the street from our community entrance are the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach festivals—you can walk, bike, or drive right in. We’re also just a mile from the Empire and Eldorado Polo Grounds, where you can catch exciting polo matches all winter long (January through March) and the AKC Palm Springs Dog Show each January. Equestrian fans will love being only 6 miles from the Thermal Desert Horse Park, while motorsport enthusiasts can head a few miles down the road to the BMW Performance Center and Track. For those who prefer a slower pace, nearby La Quinta and the surrounding desert cities offer vibrant art shows, farmers markets, and plenty of local charm year-round.

This home has truly become our desert retreat, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who want to experience the same beauty, energy, and relaxation that drew us here.
