Come spend wonderful times at our lovely two-story house in Summerville!
Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, it includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and spacious backyard. Close to Historic Downtown Summerville, enjoy visiting our fine eateries and top sights - Azalea Park, Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site, Hutchinson Square, etc. - that are only a few miles away!

The space comfortably accommodating 8 guests, you’ll enjoy every area of this two-story residence. All spaces are absolutely immaculate and homely, including 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living room areas (one upstairs and one downstairs), a kitchen, laundry room and backyard.

The first bedroom includes a King bed to which two guests will enjoy resting. You'll have the pleasure of watching shows on the 32 inch TV, streaming Roku. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and it also has a computer desk for that one guest who must work throughout their stay. The third bedroom also includes two single bed. Finally, the fourth bedroom includes a double bed comfortably sleeping two more guests.

All three bathrooms are full, including shower/bathtub, toilet, sink and mirror. Bathroom amenities include hot water, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer to make your bathing experience soothingly relaxing.

The two living rooms are spaces where you can chill by watching TV or simply bond by playing games or have deep conversations. The highlight in the upstairs living room is the fireplace which will keep you warm on cold unbearable days. The highlight downstairs is the designated space where you can play board games. Feel free to choose whichever and sit at the game table, relishing fun moments competing with each other.

The kitchen is absolutely fully equipped offering amenities which will enable you to cook your favorite meals you usually make at home. Moreover, appliances such as air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, pressure cooker, coffee maker, and mixer are free of use for you to try out new recipes, whether desserts or savory dishes!

Don’t worry about your laundry. Both washer and dryer are available! Moreover, you will find extra blankets and pillows in the laundry room.

Have fun spending time outdoors. There is ample space in the backyard for you to play games and chill. Covered in the grass you can enjoy running around and/or sitting down depending on the activity.

Please note, that the house is a split-level home, hence it’ll require some climbing of the stairs. We also offer a BBQ that uses gas or charcoal. The guests will need to bring their own.
