Graduation Celebration

The house was lovely. Every consideration has been given to your needs as you stay in a home away from home. The accommodations were very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and plenty of attention has been given to entertainment while you stay. We were there for our daughter's graduation from a local college. The location was convenient and access to downtown was easy. Thank you so much!

Family Visit

I spent a large part of my childhood in Summerville and was very excited to bring my family there for the first time. This house was a wonderful stay! Close enough to services and major roadways, far enough to not hear anything at night and sleep well. The house was well stocked and we didn’t feel like we were missing anything we needed. Thanks for the lovely place to land after long and fun days!

Great Rental

We greatly enjoyed our stay while visiting the Summerville area. The house provided plenty of room for my group of 6. The owner also provided enough toiletries to last us for the entire 5 night stay, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this is place to others!

Great Property

Beautiful property- very well renovated and maintained. My family loved the pool and the game table! Spaces were exactly as shown and were well laid out for our needs. Hosts were very communicative, accommodating, and polite! Quiet neighborhood with restaurants close by(try the Vicious Biscuit!). Neighborhood is a little older, but overall quiet and safe. Highly recommend!

Great location, great home!

Upon arrival, this home checked all the boxes. Great location with easy access to freeway to downtown Charleston, Summerville, and Nexton. Very clean with great backyard to relax. Also the kitchen was very well stocked to support all our meals. We will definitely be back for the summer to take advantage of the pool.

Enjoyable

This house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool provided lots of entertainment. Location was great and house was extremely clean. It was like staying in a mini resort.

Even better than expected!

We picked this house since it had a pool and was 1/2 hr from Credit One Stadium. My husband and I went to see Chris Stapleton. The house was super clean and even better in person. I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of room for 7 of us. We would definitely stay here again. Owner responds super quick and very accommodating as we stayed a little longer the day of check out for a small fee. Highly recommend !!

Beautiful home.

This house was perfect from start to finish. The house was extremely clean, all the beds were comfortable. I love that everything is on the same floor so you don’t have to go up and down steps all the time. The swimming pool was well-maintained and we enjoyed it completely. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to rent this house.

Even better than I expected

If you like the pictures you’ll love this property. Very well stocked and very clean. I booked this during the week as I bought my family in town with me for a conference. The kids loved the pool and I was impressed with the pool toys and beach towels that were made available. Enough room for us all to spread out and not bother each other and room to come together and play as well. The kitchen and bathroom had way more supplies than I expected. I would recommend and book again.

Great stay!

I'd stay here again! Let's start with all of the pros: This home is clean, organized, tastefully decorated, & as pictured. The host is quick to respond and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional barking dog and frequent planes overhead. The kitchen is well equipped including a coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, griddle & lots of utensils. The towels & sheets appear to be from a professional laundry service, which I always appreciate. Small toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided as well as basic paper products which is nice if getting in late. There are laundry baskets in every bedroom. The screened in porch is a nice added space. The cons: The dining table easily seats 8; however, it's a tight squeeze in the kitchen when the table is pulled away from the wall. The master shower is small, but a small one is better than no shower in the master!

A Perfect Stay

This newly listed property did not disappoint! The owners thought of everything a renter could possibly need and added personal touches throughout the home. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet with seemingly friendly neighbors, we will make a point to return to this property in the warmer months to use the pool in the well maintained back yard. Ping pong/pool table and Xbox were great perks as well. Highly recommend this place!
