The Space:
Newly remodeled with a nautical charm, this 1-bedroom 1-bath condo is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in La Jolla.

Enter the unit into a spacious family room that is perfect for relaxing, complete with a large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating that can double as a pullout couch for an extra guest. Enjoy natural light from the skylight and large windows boasting views of the ocean and palm tree filled horizon.

The modern kitchen with brand new appliances is perfect for a home cooked meal when not taking advantage of one of the many wonderful local restaurants.

Retire for the night in a cozy bedroom with a large queen sized bed, flatscreen TV, and windows to let in the ocean breeze and sound of nearby waves crashing. The updated bathroom has everything you need to feel at home with a new vanity, bathtub, and plenty of storage.

Step outside of the family room onto the large shared deck to enjoy a beer while taking in a breathtaking San Diego sunset. Expansive views of the Pacific paired with comfortable seating, a barbeque, and a firepit are all the necessities for a picturesque experience.

Our fast WIFI is great for staying connected or working remote while away from home. Stay comfortable year-round with an in unit Air Conditioner/Heater.

The unit’s convenient location allows you to live like a local during your stay with everything you need within walking distance. Take a two-minute stroll down to peaceful Windansea Beach and see the sandy beaches and abundant marine life up close or check out all of the charming restaurants and shopping in nearby La Jolla Village.

Abundant free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Nearby freeway access also allows for a quick drive over to one of San Diego’s many world-renown attractions.

Almost perfect

Property was just right for a short stay in San Diego. Space was adequate, bed very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom just what was needed. We could have used one more comfortable chair in the living area. Location on main road, with free parking on the local streets and just a short walk to the waterfront was perfect. The outdoor space with a view to the west was frosting on the cake. There was one major glitch; we did not receive check in information and no one was available to provide the necessary information so we had to spend our first night somewhere else. Fortunately there was a Holiday Inn Express right next door and we were able to stay there. And a minor complaint- the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, toaster and coffee maker, but there were no basic condiments- salt and pepper, sugar... that would have made a big difference. We would return if we have the opportunity and we will be better prepared.

Cute Upstairs Condo with Shared Patio

Older remodeled condo was decorated nicely and had kitchen with basic things we needed. Location was amazing and the shared patio was nice for sunsets. Unfortunately, we were locked out for 45 mins upon arrival when our codes didn’t work. We contacted emergency host lines and they needed to get us two backup codes before we were able to get in. All this made us late for an event and then we were constantly worried about the codes not working for the rest of the stay. The master bedroom also backs up to an alley where trash trucks and others park so can be quite loud. Overall, we did enjoy our stay due to the price point, coastal vibe and location.

Wonderful Location, Typical Beach-side Apartment

We enjoyed our time in La Jolla, but if you’re looking for a slightly more luxurious and comfortable stay, spend a couple hundred more and look elsewhere. The apartment has everything one needs, but lacks amenities. The queen bed is quite comfortable and the apartment has a workable kitchen with a clean fridge and 2 big TV’s. The floor was fairly dirty when we arrived and the couch shows stains, especially when opened up as a bed. There were also window blinds that had fallen onto the floor. The bathroom shows a good amount of moisture wear on the ceilings and baseboards and the window sills were littered with cobwebs and dead flies. Overall, not a luxury apartment, but a great discount option close to the beach and walking distance to La Jolla’s downtown area. Lastly, John was responsive when I reached out concerning the automated messages from the property management company that caught me off guard. Receiving a “thank you for staying with us” 24 hours before checkout would be better suited to send after checkout has passed.

Great Location - modest bungalow

Easy walking to beaches stores and restaurants. A quick ride to La Jolla, PB and Mission Beach. Generally clean and comfortable. AC does not really cool the entire unit if it gets hot, but plenty of fans provided and we were generally comfortable. Great deck for meals. Adequately supplied. Always found nearby parking. Worked very well for our stay.
