Ce condo studio est situé dans la magnifique ville balnéaire de Mission Beach à San Diego, Californie, à quelques pas du sable et de la promenade. Le condo est juste 1/4 mile au nord du célèbre parc Belmont: manèges, divertissements, restaurants délicieux. Ce condo est un studio équipé d’une cuisine complète et mesure environ 275 pieds carrés. Il y a un grand lit situé dans un loft auquel vous utilisez une échelle pour accéder. Il y a aussi un futon complet. Il est idéal pour 2 adultes mais peut en contenir 4 si vous le souhaitez. Les enfants et les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Cette propriété n'a pas l'air conditionné. Cette propriété ne dispose pas d'une place de parking. Le stationnement peut être trouvé dans la rue.

Great place

Room equipped with everything we needed. Parking space is kinda much for us at our age. Access to bed was very difficult to climb up onto. Although the location was great.

Great Location!

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and kids couldn’t get tv to work. Other than that would recommend! Also communication with host was super quick and pleasant. Enjoyable trip!

We loved the location. The bunk bed sleeping in our unit was very noisy . We cam hear footsteps, noises, coversation from upstairs while sleeping and also the steet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice trip with Grandson

The space was perfectly located for a fun trip with grandson. Space was as advertised - perfect for two. Only drawback was lack of any view from windows.

Location was great. The condo was great! The only downfall was the email we received stating what all was wrong with the condo prior and most weren’t even true so the stay was delightful!!

Great location!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It may not have an ocean view but it certainly has the best location. The patio is wonderful to sit and people watch and enjoy the ocean. Our son really enjoyed having Belmont only be a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend this location!

Great location

The unit was odd, but we found the loft bed, so comfortable, and being so close to Mission Beach was really fun! I feel as though for the cost the unit could’ve been a little more stocked, like there is a coffee machine and coffee filters, but no coffee. Overall really fun to say, and the area could not have been better. Even the neighbors were very friendly.

Great overall

The bed was comfortable but location was not. The loft is next to a window and the area heats up quickly and gets bright early. Id assume that’s all summer. Other than that it’s as advertised. Location is excellent, and the host was responsive. I wish I would have known about the properties foot wash station to get the sand off earlier and that they had a few beach supplies e.g. beach blanket, towels, chairs, umbrella.

The resident upstairs very load and not sure if they was playing a video game or what but they was running and Jumping all night , sounded like they was coming through the floor and it disrupted sleep ...but loved the property.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I took a four day getaway by myself, and this was the perfect location and property for me. Despite this unit, not having views of the beach, I could hear the waves when my window was open. The location couldn’t have been better for my needs! I rented a bike and rode on the boardwalk up to Pacific beach and around the area. I rented a car and was able to park at the lot across from Belmont Park overnight. It was a short walk to that parking lot, and was convenient since there is virtually no other parking around. I did not use the loft bed though it seemed like it was comfortable. I used the futon for a bed which was comfortable. The overhead fan and the floor fan helped to keep the air flow and cool when it got warm in the unit. The noise level was low, and the other tenants followed the quiet time hours, which was nice. Nichole was extremely helpful and responsive when I reached out to her for needs. I highly recommend staying at one of these properties if you are visiting San Diego and want to be by the beach in an affordable place!

Weekend getaway.

We went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. One night at the amusement park. One day at the beach and getting a tattoo. Plenty of restaurants around. Everything is in walking distance. Ask for the parking spot. It’ll save you a ton of headaches

My stay at Central Mission Beach

The condo was clean and modern but my fan light kept coming on and off for the first two nights. I called the owner on the first night and it finally got fixed on my last night there. It would of been nice to get a good nights rest on all three nights. The location was great.

Love the Beach

This studio was good for keeping us close to the beach. There isnt a view of the besch from the studio, but there is a nice area to lounge snd watch the boardwalk. It has many modern and stylish features, especially the shower.

Great little place with a great location!

This is such a cute little studio. It was perfect for my husband and I. Very close to Belmont and all the activities. So easy to access on arrival, updated modern room. We don’t need a whole lot of space as we like to be out doing things so it was perfect.

This property is located just steps from Mission Beach.
