*Construction Notice: There is an ongoing grading and soil excavation construction project at the east end of Gravilla St (refer to the map at the bottom of the ad to view distance from this home); this work may generate noise and dust. Work hours are limited to 7am-5pm, expected completion date unknown. Also, a neighboring home across the street from this unit is completing a remodel, expected completion date unknown. There is also construction in the alley, expected completion date unknown.

Enjoy beach living in this designer 2br+1ba beach home located in the heart of La Jolla, less than 1 block to famous Windansea surf/swim friendly beach. Other highlights include convenient ground level unit, professional coastal design, wood flooring, Samsung SMART TVs (with cable), garage parking, dog ok, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max) including dual Cal King beds. *Note no A/C though floor fans are provided

As you enter this convenient ground level designer home, you'll step into a spacious main living area with beautiful new wood floors, plush sofa bed, accent chairs, & new Samsung SMART TV. *Note fireplace not operational.
Off the living room is a separate dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & access to the side walkway. Both bedrooms feature a huge Cal King sized bed with a high end new plush mattress & Samsung SMART TVs. Off the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo).

1 Garage parking space, approx. dimensions 7'11âw x 6.5'h x 18'deep. Nearby overnight street parking is permitted at no fee.

Beautiful Windansea Beach! Our home is located in a laid back beach La Jolla community of Windansea, a great family friendly area with a white sandy surf/swim friendly beach and local eats just a short walk away! Sneak peek:

Some of our favorite nearby eateries include Busy Bees bagels, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, LJ Crafted Wines, Wheat & Water wood-fired pizza, & Duke's La Jolla family eatery. Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop.

Within 1 block to famous Windansea beach, which is both surf and swim friendly. Also nearby visit La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, & kayaking.

Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops & entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack.

âą OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
âą NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
