Take in stunning beach views from the private balcony of your updated condo at the beautiful By The Sea complex. Enjoy access to a glittering communal pool and on-site tennis court. Walk to local fishing piers or take a short drive to popular attractions and dining. Kick back and gaze out at the Gulf view in the well-appointed living room. Furnishings include a sofa bed, armchair, and TV. Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. You’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space.

Wake up to views of the beach in the peaceful primary bedroom. Watch a movie on the TV, or relax on the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with another comfy queen-size bed, as well as a desk and a DVD-equipped TV (no cable). The updated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a built-in seat.

Pour a cup of coffee and head out to the balcony. A pair of bistro tables offer seating for four and panoramic vistas. Make a splash in the shared pool, or play a game of tennis at the on-site court.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
There is a $10 dog clean-up fee, per stay, payable to the condo upon check-in.
There is a shared washer/dryer for the building located on the first floor.
Construction is occurring at the complex which will affect the view from the property. Heavy equipment may be heard from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family Vaca 2022

The unit was nicely updated. The colors were very pleasing. Very clean. Plenty of room for 4 people. Really enjoy the extended balcony. Cons: 1. No coffee provided in the unit. Maker provided. Thankfully BTS provides coffee in the lounge. 2. 2nd bedroom needs a fan of some kind. Room was a bit stuffy. 3. For some unexplained reason there was an obvious presence of cigarette smoke in the unit. It would not go away. Had to use my purchased room spray to temporarily mask the smell. 4. The humidifier in the kitchen area had to be emptied several times to eliminate the alarm. Don’t remember reading anything about that, but it was ok. Just pointing it out. Overall, this is a great unit and BTS was very nice. Love all the improvements they have and are making. Love the new beach located right across the street. Perfect location! I hope others will enjoy their stay in Unit 401 as much as we did.

Comfy ocean-view retreat.

Very clean, updated and comfortable. Enough room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a medium size dog. We LOVED having coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean— so peaceful! Very convenient to walk straight across to the beach (steps are right there). The condo pool is also nice and had pool noodles and sand toys. There were trial size soaps, shampoo, conditioner, detergent pods, and also spices in kitchen. The only downsides were: not enough bath towels, washer/dryer not working, noise from repairmen on condos below. Otherwise, very relaxing stay!

We love “by the sea” wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have stayed at “by the sea” about 6 times. Most were at the 10th floor and we were really happy. But they didn’t accept pets so we found this one. I have to say I loved it more than all the rest. Will be back for sure!!
