**This ProlificSuite does require a $250 Refundable Deposit for Incidentals. All deposits are refunded at the duration of your stay, after the home has been inspected for new damages.**

**Early Bird check-in (if available) is $100 for 12pm & $75 for 2pm. Late checkout at 12pm (if available) is $75. If guest checkout late without approval, you are subjected up to $250 fine**

Guest Access:
GUEST ACCESS
Guest will access your home using the front door which is equipped with a state of the art automatic locking system. Each guest will be given a code virtually to enter unit.

PARKING
Each guest is guaranteed a private attached garage spacious enough to fit two vehicles comfortably. Additional parking is available on the street outside of the Private entrance gate. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY or you will be subjected to a $500 fine.
