Vacation With a View - Modern Oceanview Condo

Walk to the beach from our newly updated condo with modern touches and ocean views! Just minutes from Calafia State Park and State Beach, and only a mile and a half on the beach trail to San Clemente Pier and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean from inside or as you relax on our large back patio. We have one dedicated parking spot, wifi, and A/C and heating. Rental periods must be 30+ days. Pets must be registered and approved prior to stay. No parties or events allowed.

Spread out in our spacious condo that boasts light, modern finishes, high end furnishings, a 75" Frame TV, ocean views, and a gas fireplace. Or relax on the large outdoor patio with beautiful ocean views. The condo offers inside dining that seats 8, a bbq grill, washer/dryer, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan in each bedroom, air conditioning and heating, wifi, and one covered parking spot. We provide a soft top surfboard, 2 boogie boards, and beach towels for guests to enjoy during their stay (as long as they are not removed by guests without being returned).
*PLEASE NOTE: We take seriously our neighbors' rights to peaceful enjoyment of their homes, and we require all who occupy our home to be respectful of our neighbors. Events, bachelor/bachelorette, wedding and other party groups are prohibited.

We are located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods for beach-goers and surfers. We are just minutes from famous surf spots like T-Street and Trestles. Our street takes you straight to Calafia State Park, only steps away from the famous beaches of San Clemente. From there, walk or bike the beach trail north only 1.4 miles to the famous San Clemente pier and surrounding restaurants and shops. The popular Avenida Del Mar is just 1.7 miles away for tons of dining and shopping options.

Walk or bike to nearby beaches and surf spots. Bike rentals and surfboard rentals are available a few blocks away. It's just a short drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and additional surf spots. There is a free local trolley with routes around downtown and northern San Clemente that runs from Memorial Day weekend to the last weekend in September (sometimes later). We are also conveniently located between LA and San Diego - just over an hour to either, about a 45min drive to Disneyland or LegoLand, and about a 1hour 15min drive to Sea World. There is also a train station at the pier for the option of a fun day trip to San Diego.

We love our San Clemente home and neighborhood! We also have family living all over the country who we try to see as often as possible, as well as a ministry that keeps us on the road for several months out of the year. So while we are gone we hope others will enjoy our home as much as we do. We have a property manager as well as friends who lives close-by and helps us out when we are not available.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our home is just that - a home! It is home for us during parts of the year and hopefully will feel like home to our guests when we are gone. Because we do live here part-time, it should have all of the necessary items for everyday living. We have a fairly modern style and our beach home reflects that with its light, bright surfaces, modern furnishings, and neutral colors in our decor. Our condo has an open living feel with lots of natural light, a large dining area, and a great outdoor patio to spread out and enjoy the ocean view and some beautiful sunsets.
It's hard to decide what we love most about our home - being able to see the ocean from the main areas of our home, or the gorgeous sunsets we get to view right from our living room or patio, or the close proximity to the beach, the popular surf spots and the main area of town... combine all of that with the sun and beautiful weather of Southern California and you'll understand why we love our beach home so much!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This neighborhood truly is a gem! It is so nice to be able to walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and the ocean, to walk or bike the beach trail over to the Pier to meet a friend for coffee, or to surf at one of the famous surf spots up and down the beach near us. The Pier area has some great spots to grab a meal or a drink with beautiful views of the ocean, or even just to walk down the Pier and look out over the ocean. We love taking our visitors here!
We are just a short drive to Del Mar Avenue which is full of great shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. (I actually love walking the beach trail to the Pier, grabbing a coffee, and then continuing on foot, straight up Del Mar to the main shopping and food area for a day of fun on foot! Sometimes I walk back, sometimes I Uber back, and sometimes my husband will come pick me up.)
Our location also puts us within an hour from Disney Land to the north and about an hour from San Diego to the south (San Diego has an amazing Zoo and Safari Park). We are also about an hour from Temecula which has lots of wineries and a great downtown area.
There are plenty of surf shops and bike shops close-by for rentals, and lots of great restaurants in town. There is also an outlet mall just a few minutes away that has some great stores as well as some great restaurants nearby.
