Enjoy access to both Greenland Pond and Long Pond. Located just 200 yards from your vacation rental, Greenland Pond offers a private sandy beach and a floating dock -- launch the provided kayaks for an afternoon on the water! Cape Cod’s largest pond, Long Pond sports crystal clear water with an average depth of 23 feet. This freshwater kettle pond also provides three boat launches, a large dock, a day dock, and over 6.5 miles of shoreline -- including a swimming beach with a lifeguard. Bring your bikes along and explore the abutting Cape Cod Trail, which includes over 13 miles of scenic riding.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the spacious living room, detailed with exposed beams and a breakfast table for four. Unwind on a comfy sofa and stream shows on the 42” smart TV. Enjoy foosball matches in the basement or game nights in the family room. Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, configured with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a double oven. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig and toaster. Sit down to meals at the dining table or perch at the bar.

Host a cookout on the expansive deck, featuring a 3-burner propane grill (both the deck and grill are brand-new). Kick back in the outdoor lounge, then dine alfresco at the patio table for six while taking in the tree-lined view. An outdoor shower is handy after beach days. There is also an outdoor couch with an umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
