Imagine relaxing and having fun in this beautiful third-story unit of a triplex with a rooftop spa (a true luxury in a beach property) in a premier location in Newport Beach. You are a minute walk from the sand and ocean with no streets to cross between you and the water. String lights give it a festive ambiance making this an ideal space to hang out and enjoy one another. Enter this amazing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, third-story condo with luxurious furnishings throughout its indoor and outdoor spaces making it a perfect seaside vacation retreat haven to enjoy with family and friends. The great room combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The living room area has a large, comfortable seating area, built-in skylights, a nice gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample granite-top counter space, and everything else you need to meet your culinary desires - all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie. There is also a small outdoor barbecue area off the kitchen. The balcony off of the kitchen has a gas BBQ for your outdoor grilling pleasure. High-top stools at the kitchen bars along with a dining area make it easy for people to eat together and also to observe what is happening in the kitchen.
The king primary bedroom with en-suite full bathroom offers a large flatscreen TV, track lighting, and four windows to brighten the entire room. The bathroom offers sliding mirrored closet doors, double sinks, and a soaking tub. The first queen bedroom also has sliding mirrored closet doors, a large flatscreen TV, and windows that let light stream through the entire room. The second queen room has another large closet with sliding mirrored doors, and three windows with an amazing view. Down the hall past the bedrooms is a door that leads to the stairs for the rooftop deck and spa. Once up the steps, you can take a dip in the five-person spa and view Newport Bay on one side and the open Pacific Ocean on another. There are also lounge chairs to relax in the sun.
Step outside your front door and you are just a short stroll away from the Newport Pier and Newport Beach boardwalk - running the length of the peninsula - with several restaurants and bars for you to enjoy. Or you can easily continue on the boardwalk to the Balboa Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier. If you want to see the world-famous Wedge bodysurfing beach, you can continue all the way to the end of the boardwalk, all the while enjoying the gorgeous beach and ocean views.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property. No exceptions!
The rooftop deck is off-limits to guests after 9pm. The exterior is equipped with decibel readers throughout the house and surveillance equipment in outdoor areas as required by the local city noise ordinance.
Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
