Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Parking Garage is Shared However, you are provided (1) Designated Parking Spot on the right hand side of the garage.
Laundry
Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Fireplace Warning
- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light.
-We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach near the pier provided by the city.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach âGood Neighbor Policyâ Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
