Being one of the largest vacation rentals in Steinhatchee Landing Resort, Southern Pine Lodge offers the perfect place for a large family, group or a reunion. The large 5 bedroom cottage is located across from the pool area and a short walk to the docks. With three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, it is a perfect place for the family or group of friends to spend a vacation.

The cottage offers steps as well as an accessible ramp leading to the porch, living area and downstairs bedroom. The new game room offers a pool table, foosball table and additional TV, as well as 2 half baths. Within the game room is an additional small bedroom offering 2 sets of bunk beds, single over double, offering sleeping accommodations for 6. Perfect for the kids!

The gathering area downstairs offers a living and dining area combination. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa. The large dining table providing seating for 10 is located next to the spacious kitchen. Additional seating is available on the porch.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a handicapped accessible bath. This is the perfect bedroom for those who do not wish to climb stairs.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has three twin beds and a roll away. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and the third bedroom offers queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom as well as a half bath upstairs. In total, the cottage provides sleeping for 18 guests.

The large wrap around porch offers several tables with chairs, an old-fashioned swing and a couple of rocking chairs, under ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The charcoal BBQ grill is located right off the front porch for easy access. Grill your steaks, burgers or fresh catch for the family!

Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the cottage.

Steinhatchee Landing Resort sits on 35 acres with canopies of oaks. The river is a short walk from the cottage, as well as the docks and the petting zoo. The petting zoo offers chickens, ducks rabbits and our two very friendly goats! The pool, spa, sauna and exercise room are located across the street from the cottage. There is also a basketball court, tennis court and an archery range available for your use. (Ask us about rental of archery equipment).

There is a boat dock with approximately 22 boat slips available on a first-come, first-served basis, with plenty of parking in the resort for your boat trailer.

Steinhatchee is known for its scalloping in the summer and its fishing and hunting year round. Whether it is fresh or salt water fishing you prefer, Steinhatchee has both! Canoeing and kayaking are very popular as well. Bring your boat, canoe or kayak or you may rent one at one of the local Marinas.
