Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Conexon fiber high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Youtube TV in the living room and master and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

Great House with Wonderful View

This was our first time to stay in this home and it was great! There was a screened in porch where we could have our coffee and watch the boats go by. Craig was very responsive and helpful. Definitely plan to rent again.

Steinhatchee Oasis

This house and property was amazing!! It had more than we needed, and it was so nice to be able to retreat to some quiet after a day of scalloping. Perfect distance to the main marinas, restaurants, and night life. I would absolute stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We stay at this house often, and it is always a perfect stay! It’s well maintained and the host is super responsive to any questions you may have. We’ve stayed at a lot of homes in Steinhatchee and this one is by far the best!

Wonderful Stay!!!

Beautiful place to stay. Quiet gated neighborhood with everything you need and close to marinas, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend staying here unless its the week we are coming back. Thank you Craig for the experience.

This property features a short no-wake trip by boat to the Gulf, is tastefully furnished, and includes everything you may have forgotten to pack. Feels like home in Paradise.

4th of July Scalloping

We were very pleased with the property! Loved the location and having a boat dock assessable was a big plus for us! The only negative I would give and it is minimal would the kitchen need a few more utensils and pans for cooking ! Would love to stay here again!!

Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and all the comforts of home

My family spent the weekend in this beautifully decorated, immaculately clean home. The location was perfect and it had all the comforts of home. The boat dock and pool were an added bonus. We spent the days scalloping and the evenings relaxing together. The host was excellent at answering any questions we had with quick responses. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be booking again next year!
