Private basement apartment with 3 bedrooms, a full bath, full kitchen, and living room with a dining nook. Carport allows for 2 cars and you get to use the backyard. Pets are welcome! Baby friendly too 👶 ! Accommodates 8 comfortably and could do 10 if you used both extra beds.

The full bath features an extra deep soaking tub and shower head with removable wand and multiple pressure settings. Pretty much every toiletry you will need is there waiting for you, even epsom salt bubble bath 🛁

The kitchen is fully loaded too! Instantpot, Keurig, blender, 4 slice toaster, pots, pans, utensils, 18 cup Brita pitcher, full sized fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a gas range with griddle.

The living room is spacious and also has 2 pull out beds. The sofa has a queen sized memory foam mattress and the bean bag converts into a queen sized floor mattress and pillow. There's a 55" Roku TV with a YouTube TV account included and an electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance.

The dining benches have storage and the table can seat up to 9. There is a high chair available for your use, as well as a pack n play and a baby gate. All empty outlets have covers and cleaning supplies are kept out of reach of the little ones.

Each bedroom has it's own 43" Roku TV already signed into YouTube TV, feel free to sign in to your own Netflix/Hulu/etc account. There is also an electric fireplace with a remote control in each bedroom. 2 bedrooms have King beds and the 3rd has a Queen. One bedroom also has a desk and office chair for working.

Below are the current house rules, violations will result in your immediate removal without a refund and a $200 fine deducted from your security deposit. Keep in mind that we have exterior cameras running 24/7 for everyone's security.

No parties or events of any size allowed. Maximum capacity is 10 people.

No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval and an additional fee of $20 per person.

No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property, including the yard.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises! And yes, 420 is still illegal in Utah.

You have 2 covered parking spaces under the carport included in your rate. There are 2 more available in the front driveway for an extra $20/vehicle. NEVER block the neighbors driveway or park in the street, you will be towed at your own expense.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please keep reasonable noise levels during the day also, or we will ask you to turn it down. Multiple occurrences will result in you being asked to leave.

No mail will be accepted at this address. For an additional $10 you can have packages delivered, but it is your responsibility to change your address after you leave. We will not be held reliable for anything delivered after you have checked out, but we will do our best to get it to you.

Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Baby gate for stairs, pack n play, high chair, plastic dishes, TVs are mounted, outlets covered, cleaning supplies stored out of reach.

Please turn off all lights and appliances, shut windows, and lock door when you leave. Do NOT share your code with anyone not staying with you. You will be responsible for any theft that results from sharing your code.

There is not a thermostat for downstairs, but it stays nice and cool in the summer and in the winter you can use the electric fireplaces. If you would like to request a change in the air temperature just message us.

The late check out fee is $50 for every half hour past the agreed upon check out time. Late check-in is no biggie as it is self check-in, but you will not be refunded for the missed time.

Please take care of the furnishings. You will be fined for damages that exceed the security deposit. Our cleaners take pictures every time they are there and will notify us when damage has occurred.

Please keep meals to the kitchen, dining, or living areas only. Water should be the only thing going into a bedroom.

Please do not rearrange any of the large furniture (beds, couch, TV console, etc).

Please clean up any major messes or things that will cause damage/stains immediately. If you need supplies that aren't provided please let us know.

There are recycling guides on the fridge and bins under the kitchen counter. We would appreciate it if you sorted your waste into the appropriate containers. If they get full before you check out, you can dump them in the big cans on the side of the house.

Please keep all wet/muddy gear outside until dry/clean; you can store it under the carport. If it is something very expensive we may be able to put it in the garage but keep in mind you will not have access to it without us being there.

Laundry service is available for $30/load. Just leave the hamper at the top of the stairs and it will be returned to you within 24 hours freshly washed and folded!

********** PETS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! - **********

-$50 extra cleaning fee for any pet.

-They must be up to date on all vaccines to prevent the spread of diseases to our pets on site and future friends staying with us.

-They must be free of fleas and current on preventatives. $200 fine for pest fogging if your pet caused an infestation.

-Animals must be on a leash when outside, the yard is 3/4 fenced so they can easily run out. $50 per violation.

-Waste bags are provided, please pick up after your pet. $50 per violation.

-You may use our backyard only, or go to a local park. Please note that Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon do not allow dogs at all, ever. You can visit https://slco.org/parks/millcreek-canyon/ to read Millcreek Canyon's dog rules.

-Clean up messes indoors immediately to help prevent staining and smelling, we've provided carpet cleaner.

-Please wipe your animals paws before returning inside if they are wet or muddy, especially if they like to get on furniture.

-If your animal is being loud and disruptive, we will ask you to remove it without a refund of your pet fees. There are plenty of boarding facilities and vets in the area.

-There is a Macey's (grocery store) right around the corner if you need emergency food and several pet stores in the area as well.

-Excessive damage and/or staining caused by your pet will be fined at the amount it will cost to professionally clean or replace the item. If this amount exceeds your security deposit, you will be billed and responsible for the rest.

-Pretty please just be responsible pet owners so that we can keep allowing your furry friends to come with you! :)
