The whole group and pets will enjoy easy access to all from this centrally located Salt Lake home. Close to freeways & only 35-40 mins to world class ski resorts, less than 20 mins to downtown & the Airport, 15 mins to multiple malls, shopping areas & plenty of restaurants, & still only 45 mins to Park City. This home is not new and can always use some touching up, but we do our best to continually improve it and to accommodate larger groups with their pets for an affordable price. No parties or events.
No extra guests.
No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
Great space if you're traveling with family. Good communication with our host. There was trash piled up, I'm assuming from the previous renters and only 1 T.V. of the 3 was able to functional. The A.C. was also very confusing, it was either too cold or warm. Could use some upgrades but it is in a very good location. Very central to everything.
Our time here was fine. We booked this place because it we could bring our furry child and it was minutes away from where my mom, sister, and her family live. It was nice to be able to bounce between the two places. It was a quiet, older neighborhood with some of the places needing some TLC.
This property provided a welcome basecamp for family, dog, truck and trailer. Winter sports locations were within an hour's drive; very convenient. The neighborhood is nicely tucked away near major roadways where you can also find all the stores and restaurants that you may want. We were very happy here.
Our stay was fine and supported our supporting our grandchildren with their new business open house. My wife really hurt her foot with the dishwasher door falling on it. She plans to see her doctor if it does not get any better.
We stayed with our friends in total there were 10 humans and 3 pets. Plenty of rooms and places to sleep. Beds were uncomfortable, but for a 3 day stay it was fine. Backyard is fenced and good for dogs.
This home was the perfect location for our needs. We were close to family and friends in the heart of West Jordan. Plenty of food and coffee places nearby. Numerous stores and shops are available in the immediate area for anything and everything you may craving. The house is large and accommodating for larger groups and was very roomy for our group of 4. Loved the convenience of two full baths, a kitchen to ourselves, best of all we also had full access to the garage! Loved that since we were able to unpack and pack the car with ease, especially since we arrived in the middle of the night. The sense of security gave us ease. Backyard was fully fenced and we had a good time playing outside with our boy. Overall, I wished we had booked for a longer stay but this house is POPULAR! I also loved the host and the team! They were 5 stars in their communication and responses. They were professional while being genuine and kind. Thoughtful with their words just really amazing people to work with regarding questions about the house, check-in, etc. A great experience all around! If you're thinking of staying here, just do it. It was the best of 3 Vrbo's we staying in while in Utah.
The house is okay. Its an older house. We loved the bedrooms. The beds were big and the bedding very nice. Clean bedsheets and very comfy mattress & pillows (5 star Hotel quality). They had plenty of clean towels for all 9 of us.The house is spacious and clean and had a washer and dryer! The oven needs an upgrade. One of the front bigger coil works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. One of the coil on the back doesn't work. Please include salt in the condiments as there were non in the pantry. There was a bin in the garage full of garbage making the garage unusable. Maybe next time take the bin out and clean the backyard with the dogs poos. There were bugs that i believe enter through the AC as there were only in that particular location and no other area. We called Drew and he sent an exterminator. He also gave us refund for our trouble with the bugs which we do appreciate. In general, i would stay there again. I would just make sure to email Drew to make sure the above was taken care of.
The pros of this home is that it had 5 separate bedrooms, with good sized beds, which is what we needed for our group. It was also nice to have a decent sized kitchen table to sit at together. The location of the property was convenient for us to get to where we needed to be, including the airport. The price was about as good as we could find for the size of our group.
On the downside, the condition of the property was pretty poor - not well-kept, musty smelling in places, not particularly clean, not well-lit, and low-end everything. We saw some crawling bugs in the kitchen, which also was not that appealing. The property is in a less than desirable neighborhood that was about as run down as the property and a little sketch.
Overall, it was OK, but next time we will be probably spending more money for a nicer place.
