Boasting plenty of room to spread out, bright colors throughout, and beachy decor in each room, you will have no trouble kicking back in comfort and style. The two beige sofas in the living area will be ideal for relaxing at the end of each day and the flatscreen TV can provide plenty of entertainment during downtime. The open layout allows for everyone to mingle in the full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plus, the private covered balcony offers plenty of seating and views of the bay and Rt 50 bridge to enjoy a cocktail in the salty air before hitting the hay each night.

Sitting in the bay side of Ocean City, you will have no trouble leaving home base on foot and walking to a plethora of local shops, tasty restaurants, boardwalks, and endless beaches. When you have had your fill of fresh seafood and sandy toes, the kiddos will love spending a day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park less than a mile away. Plus, you can head a little further down the coast and check out the Ocean City Boardwalk, Pier, and other amusement parks in the area.

The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Decent location, needs some updates

Can’t complain too much because we really lucked out on walking distance to the beach and the music festival we were in town for plus a nice deli around the corner. However, this place could use a deep cleaning. Even just wiping the walls down would really improve this place. Bathroom door is practically off the hinges so closing it was very difficult. Check in instructions informed us to go to an offsite security office for a parking pass, which took us an hour to get in contact with someone who said they don’t work with the unit we rented anymore. Luckily, we found street parking but the “reserved” parking looked confusing anyway. Check out instructions told us to load dishwasher but there is no dishwasher so obviously not the worst stay but could easily be improved with a magic eraser, some updates to the check-in/out details and fixing the door.

Casa Rosa

It was definitely not what it showed in the pictures. There was not enough seating in the living room. There was only one chair on the balcony plus the rocker was broken. The rugs shown in the pictures weren’t down and were rolled up behind the one couch and it shows there should have been two couches, which explains the not enough seating. It was a place to lay your head at night but nothing more.

Horrible place

Worst trashy experience ever in OC, MD. First off the picture is a lie. It does not have 2 couches. It has one. The management company is trash. We left a day in 1/2 early since my son didn’t have a place to sleep since the details lied. Horrible place, smells like MOLD. Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t even give it one star, however couldn’t submit without choosing. Bed must be 25 years old. Awful. You are better off in a trashy motel.

Nice enough place, definitely worth the price. I loved that it was super close to the beach but not directly on the boardwalk so noise wasn't an issue. The pictures definitely show the place in it's prime. When we arrived I was shocked to see only one couch in the living room when there are two pictured. My brother in law found a shard of glass on the rug in the living room, and the floors did not appear to be cleaned very well as they turned our feet black when walking on them barefoot. The tub drained extremely slow so while showering you would have a few inches of water pooled at your feet. Both air-conditioning units also appear to have not been cleaned in some time as it looked like mold was building up in the air return. With a good deep cleaning and updating on some things, this place could easily be a 5 star property.
