Stone Harbour 104 is an absolutely charming Beach Condo in the Heart of Downtown Ocean City with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, comfortably sleeping a family of 6.
This home is available for any 3-night minimum stays in-season!

Upon entering this 1st floor Condo, you’ll love the classic Ocean City cottage feel. You’ll fall in love with the thoughtful beach decor and open layout of the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area - perfect for making the most of quality time together while never feeling crowded. Whether enjoying the AC, free Wi-Fi, streaming a movie, or enjoying a family game night together, this condo offers the perfect space to make memories year after year. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar before hitting the beach, or enjoy a family dinner in - mealtime is a breeze in this open, updated and well-equipped Kitchen! The patio is perfect for relaxing in the sweet salty breeze with a glass of your favorite wine after exploring all the fun the Downtown OC has to offer!

The Primary Bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 Cozy Queen Beds, and also offers a Smart Flat Screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun!. The attached Bath is home to a Shower/Tub combo. Just across the hall you will find Bedroom 2, which is home to a plush King Bed. In the hall and convenient to the bedrooms and Living Area is a second Full Bath with a Walk-in Shower. For your convenience, there is also a Washer and Dryer right in the Condo for you, just in case you need to pop in a quick load while calling Stone Harbour home.

Stone Harbour 104 is just a few short blocks from the Beach, the Bay, and Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk with a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amusements for all ages. So park the car and leave your worries behind. While you are calling Stone Harbour 104 home, the only thing to do is kick off your flip flops and enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

*Please note, renters are not permitted to have pets, however the owners do have pets.*

We love the location, the home was clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again.The one drawback was the person above the condo, was a loud walker who seemed to walk around a lot at nights, which was not the best for sleeping.

Grest location, the check in process was easy. Communication was courteous and easy. We even decided to stay another night for a dischouted rate! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Everything was great! Great location, clean. Communication was smooth. Very pleased. The AC is a little loud but not much can be done about that. Washer and dryer are a little small for big beach towels but good to have anyway!

Great value

For the price, this condo was great. With 3 older kids, having 3 large beds was a huge factor in our choice (as no one had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout sofa). 2 block from the boardwalk and the beach was extremely convenient. The sales company’s communications and responses to our questions were quick and concise. Parking spaces were clearly marked.

This was amazing stay, so cheap and affordable at the last min like i mean the day before. The communication was amazing the whole trip. It had everything we need and more. And in amazing location anyone that will stay there will not be disappointed The Thompsons

Great Spot Near the Boardwalk

Great location, easy walk to the beach, felt safe and comfortable. Had an issue with the refrigerator and they came out to fix it within the hour and even brought us a mini fridge (offered multiple but we didn’t have that many groceries yet). Did have a slight issue with ants.

Stone Harbour Unit 104

The condo was nice, good location, parking was convenient. The down side was the cleanliness...there was a good bit of dirt and trash on the floor, ceiling fans and A/C unit were very dusty, bathrooms could have used a good cleaning. Not the worst place we have ever stayed, but the place needed a good mid-season cleaning. If I owned the property, I would not have let anyone stay there with that amount of dirt around.

Location was great short walk to the bay and the boardwalk. Price was very reasonable. It was not very clean in my opinion. There was an inch of dust on the kitchen ceiling fan, thick dust on the AC unit, baseboards were dusty. I did read a previous review from last year with these same issues and thought they would have been resolved but unfortunately they were not. The AC also doesn’t get really cold. It stayed between 74 and 76 and the weather was cold I can’t imagine when it’s 90 out how hot it will get in there.

Ocean city beach weekend

The place was nice mainly clean. We found a few things left over from the previous tenants on the floor, broken sunglasses, ping pong ball a few items in the washer and dishwasher. It seems the property needs a few maintainance issues. Broken dresser drawer, guest room bed didnt work right. Broken kitchen cabinets. But overall it was a nice neighnorhood, close to the beach

Pros and cons

Not enough glasses or silverware. Would have been nice to have beach chairs available. Bring your own hairdryer. The unit was super clean. Although it’s conveniently located half way between the bay and the boardwalk it’s in a spicy location on a very busy intersection. Crossing to go to the beach was an adventure. And although there was nice seating on the front deck it’s right in front of the air conditioner that blew out hot air, went off every few minutes, and was so loud you couldn’t talk over it. Having the air fryer was great for boardwalk leftovers

A little run down, but great location

Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Stone Harbour 104. The management company was great with communication in advance. The place is a little run down, but not in terrible shape; it could use a few fixes here and there. The biggest issue was the AC was broken for our trip. I reached out after the first night and the management company said they would send someone over. I asked at that point if they could send fans if it wasn't fixable. I didn't hear from them all day - they weren't able to get someone out that day and didn't update us. The next day someone came, and it wasn't going to be an easy fix. After I asked again, they brought us a couple of fans. I don't fault them for the AC being broken, just wish they had been a bit more communicative. Otherwise, we were happy with the space and the location. We were in town for a music festival at the inlet and it was a nice walk, about 15 min. We had a great time and would stay again.

We don't ever like when things break during a guest stay and do try to have things fixed just as quickly as possible. I have communicated with our team and the company that was called in to address the AC issue, there was a miss in the communication and for that I am sincerely sorry, at minimum, all updates should have been communicated to us and then to you. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved that for you and I assure you we have taken steps to improve how our vendors communicate with us so we can improve our communication with our guests.
