Situé au 1er étage, cet appartement 1 chambre avec un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon peut accueillir un maximum de 4 personnes. Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Le porche avant offre une belle vue sur la baie avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil et un parc de l'autre côté de la rue. À seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage, de la promenade et des terrains de beach-volley.
Après une journée à la plage, rafraîchissez-vous dans notre piscine extérieure à thème tropical.
Jetée de pêche gratuite sur la baie - 1 pâté de maisons.
La cuisine complète comprend un réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière.
Avec beaucoup de casseroles / poêles, plats et ustensiles pour cuisiner.
Wifi gratuit est disponible.
Il suffit de garer la voiture et de marcher jusqu'à de nombreux restaurants et activités ou de prendre le bus à 1 pâté de maisons pour monter en ville.
Récemment rénové, peinture fraîche et propre!
Une petite épicerie est au coin et a à peu près tout ce dont vous auriez besoin, y compris de délicieux sandwichs et sous-marins pour le petit-déjeuner.

My Favorite Place

This is our 3rd visit. It's just a great place to stay. It's clean and cozy. The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to so much. Our small dog has always enjoyed his walks around the block and now across the street to a wonderful new playground. Looking forward to our next stay. We will return...my favorite place.

Excellent Rental

We traveled with our dog for two nights at the end of March. The place is small, but very nicely laid out, furnished, and decorated. Both the living area and the bedroom were comfortable. The location was great, with a park across the street for our dog, easy access to the beach or restaurants, and a store on the corner.One small complaint: the unit is part of a larger building with very thin walls. We were woken up at 6am one morning by the neighbors just feet from our heads who were in their kitchen banging around and talking. We could make out nearly every word. The second morning was no problem.

Sunfest 2024

My husband and I stayed here with our pup for Sunfest. So convenient to be able to walk to the inlet, but far enough away to not feel crowded. Great access to the park, bayside fishing pier, and the boardwalk.

Great Neighborhood

Our trip was a small last minute trip to get some beach time in with my husband and our 11 year old daughter. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog! The dog park was right across the street. There was a park right across the street as well.

Great place to stay

Clean property, exactly as in the listing. Easy to follow instructions for the property and amenities. Walking distance to the boardwalk and numerous activities/shopping, and easy short drive to other nearby attractions!

Ant infestation problem

We had a good time even though we had ants in kitchen and dining area. Needless to say we didn’t use the stove area the ants were on counters and stove. Ants were all over our dog’s food. Contacted the owner he bought ant spray and baits for us. I suffer from allergies especially were worst at night my husband discover under the bed lots of dust and animal hairs under bed. Overall I give them a 4 star rating.

Vacation with our dog

Property was exactly as described. It was our first vacation with our dog. She adapted very well and enjoyed walking at the fishing pier and on the boardwalk. The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time on the beach. We would love to come back again.

Perfect Spring Break getaway for me and my dog

I stayed here last year, and my dog instantly recognized the unit and walked right up to the door upon arrival. Perfect location, close to the beach and Boardwalk. Highly recommended for the location and value!

Another great stay!

This was my second time staying at a unit in this building (owned by the same host) and I'm sure it won't be my last! Such a great location, easy parking at this time of year, yet so walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Clean and neat, just as photographed. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend!

Great location

This was our first rental and first time in OC the unit is close to the boardwalk yet far enough that you don’t get the noise. The pool is a excellent to relax after the beach. There is also a nice walking spot in the bayside as wel.

Amazing little spot to stay while at OCMD

Myself, my husband, two kids, and our two dogs had a amazing time staying at this place while down in OCMD for a basketball tournament on Memorial Day weekend. It was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent Stay in Ocean City

Blue Lagoon felt like a home away from home - it’s extremely clean, comfortable, and has all necessary amenities you may need. My husband and I thought the location was excellent. We had a bay view, as described, with beautiful sunsets. About 2 blocks away (less than 5 minute walk) is the boardwalk with all the fun restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone staying in OC as it is a hidden gem. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location! Very close to ocean without all of the crowds!

Loved the proximity to the beach and Boardwalk! Except for the morning I drove 20 minutes to Assateague Island (amazing!!), I never had to move my car! Adorable property! Just a couple of glitches: when I first arrived, the smoke detector was chirping, which completely unnerved my dog. I contacted the owner who sent someone to fix it while I took my dog to the beach. We returned early evening while he was still working because as he was first leaving, the second smoke detector started chirping. All was good until 3:00 the next morning, when the third smoke detector in the bedroom started chirping. I moved to the couch in the living room, shut the bedroom door, turned on the TV, but my poor dog and I could still hear it. I contacted the owner again at 6am, and he sent someone around 8:30am. After driving 9 hours the day before, I just wanted some sleep. Everything finally got fixed after a bit of a rocky start. Apartment had everything I needed, just wish linens were provided. One last tip to owner: you might want to clean the thick layer of dust on the blue lamp in the bedroom.

Easter getaway

Unit 2 was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. It was the right size and had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The location was perfect for sitting on the porch and looking out at the bay. I would highly recommend this rental to my family and friends.

Little Gem

This was our second stay at Rob & Debbie's properties. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's within walking distance to so many hot spots, fishing, boardwalk, ocean, restaurants, and the inlet. We brought our fur baby on this trip and he really liked all the long walks with lots of grassy areas. The property itself is so nicely decorated and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Thanks for sharing your little gem. We will be back again.

I have been a frequent visitor to Ocean City since 1982. When the chance came for me to finally afford a 2nd home, it was a no brain'r that OC was the place for me and my family. We enjoyed it so much and was very happy with our unit in Blue Lagoon that we ended up purchasing a 2nd unit in the same building. My wife and kids stay in Blue Lagoon quite often. Since we stay there ourselves, we take great pride in making sure that the accommodations are nothing less than what I would expect at my own home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Blue Lagoon is located downtown in the original section of town. We love the fact that we can park the car for the entire vacation. We have the Boardwalk and Beach 2 blocks away, the bay and a FREE fishing pier are 1 block away.
You can sit on the over sized front porch and watch perfect sunsets over the bay. Located across the street we have a new playground, basketball courts,OC Skate Bowl, tennis courts and a fenced in ball field used primarily by dog owners to let their dogs run.
There are many of your favorite restaurants nearby. There are also many venues with live entertainment during the day and evening. Many marina's have fishing trips in the bay or even off shore. They also offer jet ski and kayak rentals.
Blue Lagoon also has an outdoor pool Memorial Day - Labor Day.
The best perk is the beach. You can sit back and enjoy the surf and sand all day and it won't cost you a dime, if your lucky!!
