There is a private dock on the intercoastal water- steps from this end unit. There is also a heated saltwater pool with lounge chairs, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach playing in our crystal clear Gulf water. This unit is located across Gulf Blvd from the beach, but there are plenty of designated crosswalks for your safety. This condo is located 0.2 miles from the beach, about a 5 minute walk to the closest beach crosswalk and public access.
