This 3 bedroom, 2 bath gorgeous pool home is all brand-new, freshly remodeled and elegant.

Relax in the comfy family room that features a large 55" flat screen smart TV. There is a trundle bed that features two twin beds for additional guests. The large, gorgeous new kitchen overlooks the sparkling pool and private outdoor living space. Glass doors open to the covered patio where you'll find a square dining table that seats eight. Comfortable seating and lounge chairs invite you to spend time in the private fenced in backyard. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a gas grill is ready to be fired up.

Located in Naples, this home is only 2 miles away from Lowdermilk & Clam Pass Beach. The home is also close to 5th Avenue that features some of Naples best dining and tin city.

Retreat to the master suite boasting an en suite master bath. Two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom and a one car garage complete the layout of this gorgeous pool home that is so close to the beaches and 41. This central and coastal location is the ideal place to live and play.

The home will sleep up to 8 guests. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest rooms and two twin beds in the living room area. All the beds have brand new premium memory foam mattresses that are extremely comfortable.

Nice inside, outside needs much work.

We arrived about an hour before check in and tried to reach the property manager by phone and email. No response. Checked in at 4 and house was clean and pleasant. Outside, the pool was clean but cold (we brought a pool thermometer and most days it never got over 82) as this pool really could use a heater. Five lounge chairs are made of hard plastic with no cushions. Punishing to lay on so I bought a couple of cushions at Home Depot. Outside dining chairs are all metal and extremely uncomfortable. Outside grill is nasty looking and burner switches are stripped so no adjustments could be made. I again tried reaching the host and nothing. I contacted VRBO and they could not reach her either. Finally she wrote back and said her brother would repair the grill. He never showed the entire month we were there. Ashley was amazing in her correspondence before we arrived but vanished once we got to Naples and that surprised me. If the issues with the outside furnishings is addressed this could be a nice rental. The grill thing was disturbing that it was not taken care of. It really needs to be replaced. I hope this review is published because I have heard many unfavorable reviews never make it to the site.

March get-away

The location was excellent, within close proximity to beaches, retail, shopping and restaurants as well as 5th Ave and the Naples zoo. The property is well maintain and was very clean upon arrival. It was also nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. The pool was also very refreshing and well cared for, just a heads up that it was not heated which was not an issue as the weather while we visited was very warm, however during cooler months it may be a bit on the chilly side. Overall a good experience.

Perfect location for our family vacation!

This home was such a retreat for our family. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The crib and high chair were super helpful for our one year old! The Lowdermilk park beach access was super close and the house had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, an umbrella and sand toys!! Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Golf Boondoggle

Great place to stay for four guys golfing. Cooked dinner at the place almost every night. Very comfortable and made good use of the grill. Easy access to top notch golf courses.

A beautiful property

My recent stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an impeccably clean and beautifully decorated space that instantly made me feel at home. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, providing all the necessary information and more, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident, making me feel valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. Overall, this property stands out as a prime example of hospitality done right.
