For our needs, this was the perfect location. We already love Naples. This bit of the city, specifically, is our favorite. We had more family staying in a long term rental on Vanderbilt Beach, and this put us a 2 minute drive away. SO much space in the general living area, kitchen, den, and backyard. Extremely well stocked for beach days. Beautiful clean pool and backyard with many lounge chairs! We didn’t cook during this trip, but the kitchen appeared fully stocked with both drip coffee machine and a keurig. We will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect getaway spot. A quick drive or bike ride to the beach and don’t worry about packing the chairs or umbrella, they’ve got you covered! Enjoyed our stay. Great place and just like the name says, it’s cozy. The pool was nice, a great lanai to sit on and eat. Relaxing place and will definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host and he was very helpful with questions and had suggestions on places to eat and places to see. This place was fantastic it had everything you needed just like you were at home. Neil answered everything we ask in a very short time. The pool was a bonus the Beach and grocery stores and all the restaurant's that you could imagine were just a short drive away. Neil had all the amenity's you would need for the Beach. We had a great time staying here and making great family memories. The pool was fabulous! Neil was a great host and communicated quickly and was very accommodating. The bikes were fun and since the the beach was close, we rode them every morning to watch the sun rise. Lots of great beach accessories, too. The host was outstanding to work with. They supplied great information up front and responded quickly to any additional questions. The host had many beach items - chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc, for us to use at the beach. The house was fantastic for our family of 6. Very functional between the bedrooms, bathrooms, and many seating areas throughout. The pool was a hit with the family and fun to use anytime we weren’t at the beach. The host and house made for a great trip to Florida in the winter time!!!

What a perfect stay this was! This house is immaculate and inviting and there is loads of room for everything you need to do. The location is ideal for the beaches and downtown. So close to shops and restaurants and everything. Loved the heated pool. It was like having our own little oasis. We stayed here for four days, and the amenities were perfect for two people who wanted to hit the beach and go out to dinner and just relax. The hosts were lovely and accommodating and this entire stay was just easy as pie. There is not one negative thing about this place or the hosts. Everything you could want or need is there. Absolutely 100% loved it! We can't wait to come back!!!

We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided. The pool was a nice surprise, too- new, clean, lit in the evenings, and warm, too! Location was great, too, being close to beaches and the Mercado. All in all a great place to stay. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

A Location and A Host

Great little spot close to the beach and all that Naples has to offer. Neil was very prompt with communication and the house was perfect for our boys golf trip. Would recommend!

Amazing Stay

Me and my wife had 9 wonderful days staying here. Pool was perfect, house was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great space

Stayed here with family and my toddler. Great outdoor space with a beautiful pool and grass area. The inside was clean and comfortable.
